Not familiar with Kangar; Boge & Smoketek are the only ones I get, generally. They're probably standard resistance (3 ohms, give or take), but a good price. If I wasn't married to lower resistance (lol), I'd probably get some to try out. Those dual-coils also listed under cartomizers are very good; I just picked up a few from madvapes (which also has 2 ohm cartos).

PG doesn't give off a lot of vapor, but lets the flavor through.

VG puts off huge clouds, but mutes the flavor. It also makes it feel 'thicker', if you know what I mean.

PG is a little harsh, VG is smooth but gums up your coils & shortens the working lifespan of attys/cartos.

I personally mix 80/20 PG to VG. Seems good for me, but everybody has their own sweet spot; you'll have to experiment to find yours. Also, some people have an adverse reaction to one or the other, and really have no choice but going 100% PG or VG. That seems to be pretty rare, though.
