I believe all atomizers have this. A wick? of some sort. I'm positive you should leave it there and shouldn't remove it. I never removed any of "white nylon" from any of my atomizers. Some of my atties show no "nylon", but its there while others stick out under the bridge and is quite noticeable.

Someone else will have to chime in with a more involved answer.

I just got my ego kits from midwest vapor! I'm so excited. But lookine in the atomizers there is this white nylon looking pieces under the bridge. I've pulled a few out with a paper clip but can't get all of it. Anyone else notice this? What is it? I'm scared to puff on it!!!

Thanks,
Casie

Sounds like the wick. It's absorbs/acts as a juice reservoir for the atomizer. You can use without the wick if you direct drip, however you need it if you use carts. In any case, don't throw it away.

You can always try dripping later.:2cool:

I took a look at Midwest Vapor's ego kits. Looks like they are standard atomizers, but I'm not sure. They don't seem to offer LR atomizers on their site either. I would contact Midwest just to make sure.

The ones I ordered from Vapor Flow are clearly marker LR atomizers and are the same color as my standard atties. The bottom band is missing on my LR atties as well (near the threading). They are a little taller too, but by millimeters.
