The kit came today but the slim charger wasn't included, I opened a ticket and I'm sure V4L will be sending one out soon. I do have a couple of what I think are slim chargers, but I have a couple when they first came out and a couple newer versions. Is there any difference of which charger to use? The kit didn't come with instructions but it seems easy to use ( tho i don't much care for those squishy mouth pieces )
Thanks for any help!

Thanks Morandir! I had one plugged in right next to my computer and I'm pretty sure it's the newest one. The Ego fit fine and it's charging up right now. One other question, if this batt isn't fully charged before I go to bed, is it safe to leave on the charger? If not I will unplug it and charge it more in the morning. Thanks again kind Sir!

Thanks Snow! It's still charging and will take it off the charger before hitting the sack if it's not fully charged yet. I have a bad habit of leaving my batteries charging while I'm at work. When i come home for lunch almost all are charged, so I swap them out with batts that need to be charged, then go back to work. Haven't had any problems with this method in over two years. But do you think I am playing, literally, with fire?

Hi-For whatever it's worth - NEVER leave a battery charging when you're not around to keep an eye on it. I've read some horror stories & have had one basically melt (the button & the tank) right next to me while I was using it as a passthru; burnt the heck out of my fingers when I tried to take it apart. I found out about the "Lipo-Safe" bag & now use it everytime something is charging on the wall. Still use my passthru but watch it like a hawk - better safe than sorry.

No, but I am the belief that it is better to let others be the 1 in 100,000 statistic rather than me. KR batteries don't go boom, they just smoke out.....the higher mAh Egos are a little different. As I said I would recommend that you be present and awake whenever a you give a brand new battery it's initial charge.

I'm sorry to hear there was an error with your kit. I'll be sure to follow up with this myself first thing on Tuesday. You can PM me with your info.
