Had the guy show me how to do it. Does not look too hard. The coil wrapping vs volt acceptance looks to be the only challenge.

The only down side to using a well-prepared rba is that you'll never be satisfied with anything else again. Enjoy your new toy! 
The chart is nice, and it will be nicer when i understand it. The drip looks like a good at home unit. I do love the enhanced flavor they give you.
The resistance is mainly determined by the wires gauge and how long/how many wraps you have.
Once you get a feel for it, you'll be wrapping coils with a .1 ohm tolerance all day long.

I like to wrap my coils using a screwdriver, bit or chopstick to get my preferred coil size, then thread my wicks through...since I started dripping, cartos taste bland and seem like a waste of money
one side of the chart is ohm and the other voltage so you wrap a coil see what the resistance is (ohms) and then the chart will tell you where you should be in voltage and how much it can handle. and the numbers that are inside the chart are all the wattage in case you have been used to using VW so it would make more sense to you... if your not used to using VW then ignore the inner numbers. and then there is the key in the bottom left that explains what the colors mean. if your using a mech device then you know your getting 3.6-4.2 watts so you want to try to make your coil accordingly to get your proffered vape.

I saw a rebuildable tank i also may get eventually. I like to tinker with stuff, but i do not know much reference electricity.
