leaked almost 2ml's the first time I filled it. rebuilt it and filled it to just where the chimney pieces come together, no leak. Not sure if that make's all the difference or not but it hasn't leaked a drop yet this time. I don't want to tip it over to where the draw hole gets drowned out. lol, maybe I didn't put enough cotton on the wick to get it to catch the reservoir. Any tips? (no pun intended.) lol

air feed might not be perfect if you're getting dry hits. You may have to tighten it a little bit so you can get the air-pressure going in the kayfun...need it to get the juices flowing. If you don't want to do that you will need to do primer hits, where you put a finger over the airhole and puff on it a few times to get the juices going.

If that doesn't resolve it, you may have wick issues, such as them being pointed upward instead of downward, too short, etc. When I was experiencing dry hits, it was airflow issues.

I'm still mastering mine, just got my first over a week ago.

Yeah, I agree with Nacon, it is all about getting the airflow right, you need it so it can 'vacuum' the liquid up the channels onto the wicks without it feeling like you are trying to suck a golfball through a hose.

Advice that worked for me was to screw the airflow screw fully in, then to unscrew it half a turn at a time until you reach the optimum vape. (noting that air bubbles float up through the juice after a good long hit if it is wicking properly)

I have 6 KFL+ and regularly use 4 of them. None of them ever leaked. Ah except when I forgot to put the fill hole screw back in on one of them.

If it leaks then you have an air leak in the tank section. Otherwise it will never leak.

I figured it out, no leak second fill at all so far. I bought the one from fasttech, just the rta doesnt have any replacement seals so I'll prob end up buying a new one eventually. I have that and one extra miniprotank 3 I spent 18 bucks on so between the two good investments I should be good to go for a while. Wish I knew about the kayfun before I invested in the protank tho. The thing just kicks .... lol

See, I just think I didn't have the screw in tight enough the first time or something. Not getting any bubbles or leaks, the first time it bubbled and leaked almost the entire tank instantly.

yeah you cant fill it up past the top of the clear tank section... And most kayfuns youll need to suck juice through the wells occasionally to keep your wicks saturated (by putting finger over airhole and sucking) Itll become second nature..

Air bubble yep, Glass to top section - NOT. That is a wast of good juice space. The Chimney taper section holds the most juice in the whole tank. Just leave a dime sized bubble.

Well Wicked NEVER NEEDS PRIMING

Good to know, I've been wrapping a coil off a needle I found because at 9 wraps it make's a perfect 1.6ohm coil.. But the only issue there is the only way to wick it is to use a hairs width of cotton.
