So excited my clearomizer and 1100 ma batteries came in today e Go I got a few samples and am trying caramel Spanish gold at 18 mg. I have been using analog for about 30 years. Is 18 mg strong enough? Also any recommendation for great favors or sites for great favors thanks all. Analog free for a couple of hours... It's a start

18-24mg is usually a good range to start if you were a pack a day smoker. Congrats on the switch, Good Luck!

I was pack and a half a day (PAD1.5??? or P1/2AD???) for 36 years - lights for the last 9 years - reds before that - started with 18mg and got a head rush (possibly due to the fact I never set it down even though it tasted like C**P (Mistic -I now know what good juice tastes like ie: Halo Tribeca) - I haven't picked up an analog yet - 16 days - Yippee for me - have spent about $600 in the last 2 weeks - Yippee for all the vendors I have ordered from

18 mg/ml may be too high or too low--there's no telling. Most new vapers have juices in several strengths--from 12 mg for all day long vaping and 18 or 24 for those tough moments when cravings hit. You'll have to experiment. Best way to do it is to get the same flavor in two different strengths--this way you can mix them up or down, as needed.

If you start getting headaches or feel slightly nauseous it's too high mg. Otherwise you should be fine.

You'll get there. One day I just got up and thought I'd try without. Worked. And was rather painless. Jolly Rancher candies, sunflower seeds, and not hanging around smokers helped a lot.
