Got my LR 510 cartos today!!!

I know! We're down to our last 4 Boge's and things have escalated to code orange panic mode here...
Not really, we have other cartos and atomizers/carts, but hubby and I are gonna resort to mauling each other for the Boges

I want my cartos, but am kind of in a predicament.
I'm down to two. One I just filled, and another left in the box. I had a bad spill on some black ice on my way to see if the cartos had come today. I still don't know. I passed out, and now I'm laid up in my bed, all gashed up and with what looks to be a broken ankle/foot. I can't walk, at all. Can't go to the ER, because they're slammed right now.
I would send my son out to get the mail, but I don't want him getting hurt, either. Sucks.
Of course, it's ingrained in me to document everything, so I took pics. Some are in this post.
I'm not in a good mood, and I am hoping these two cartos last.

Yeah, and I went to hell and back to get them!
Going to be x-rayed tomorrow morning.
On another note...
We got a bunch of CE-2s in! I would have added them to stock, but we have a wider variety now, and need to add new lines.
Hopefully they will be up early next week. I have already forwarded the numbers...

Ok TY, I need to order. I need to order atty's and carts to refill for my reg. Ego. Please tell me what to get!!! I am new to the Ego and this is to confusing reading all that I have! So I will stick with you!!!
