Got my mum one,but ooops

Hey folks 2 week off anologs for me now and thought I would get my mum one,but after having a go for a while she said she didn't feel well I said probably had to much ,but after she read the info she says she can't have it if you have heart problems,which she has .
What other alternatives are there read about snus?,and something else somewhere,at the moment she's kind of saying I tryed to kill her ,lol well not really but the txts are never ending haha help mums on my case lol

heart problems, you'd have worse heart problems by continuing smoking. too much nicotine can give some people headaches, what mg was the juice she vaped? 18mg+ is considered as "high."

Hi mate thnx for answer ,yes think it was 18mg Virginia ,told her not to overdo it but she had read info and apparently it says not for heart conditions not looked myself but she had a normal crappie ecig before but when I got a 510 "one that actually works" then the problems arose ? Now she is saying what a waste of money blah blah and it seems quoting the info ? Not sure already said don't have to much etc

Regardless of heart condition, it's a heck of a lot better than smoking. Maybe try some lower nic juices and see if that helps her out at all?

vaping has got to be safer than smoking!!

I don't have heart problems but do have High Blood pressure and six months after I made the switch my doctor lowered my meds and were both happier than all get out!!!!

I can't imagine that smoking analogs, for someone with a heart condition, is better than vaping! Maybe she is just resistant to switching and looking for excuses? My suggestion would be to have her talk to her doctor about it. I was raving about vaping to my sister-in-law and she talked to her doctor about it when she went for her annual physical. Her doctor was ALL for it. Her doctor told her that e-cigs are no different than any other nicotine replacement therapy and that a lot of her patients are much more successful with vaping than they are with other methods because it includes a lot of the "rituals" that smokers are almost as addicted to as the smoking. I cannot recommend SNUS because they are processed with a lot of toxins and carcinogens that can cause mouth cancer. Bottom line, I really think that you should encourage your Mum to speak with her doctor. Hope this helps. Good LUCK!!

if you want to use snus...make sure it is swedish snus...it is not fire cured like american smokeless tobacco and can provide some of the MAOI's in a safer manner.

No offense but it sounds like she just wants to smoke cigarettes and not find a PV. What juice did you give her?

I find 25mg fine but when I unknowingly started vaping a 36mg juice without noticing the step-up one evening when a tank ran out, I got a booming headache. I'm not touching anything above 25mg after that experience.

I ask what juice because I have a cinnamon hot candy here at the same mg as my other juices. The 'heart-hit' on this liquid is extreme, whereby I can't do a lung draw, I have to just do mouth draws. I can lung draw the strongest menthol juice available but can't handle this cinnamon, not due to the flavor but because of a 'heart hit' (a throat hit that's so strong, it feels like it moves down to your heart). Its something I've very rarely experienced. I imagine someone with a heart condition would freak out at what I'm experiencing with this juice.

Nicotine can constrict blood vessels so this would be bad for the heart. Thus the warning info from the vendor to cover their .... But...she is getting more nicotine from a real cig than from a low mg nicotine juice. I agree with the others that she just doesn't want to give up her ciggies.

They make low nicotine or no nicotine juice if you're worried. Cigarettes do a hell of a lot more damage then an e cig ever well just so you know. If she starts to feel a little sick it might be withdrawl from the chemicals in the cigarettes. Tell her to stick with it for 2 weeks and see how she feels!

Thanks again for replies,I think myself that she probably overdid it, looked like at the time I took the 510 round she couldn't quite do it right n was drawing without pressing button etc lol,because she was used to an automatic.
I also think that she was having far to many draws as well and that was when I was there,she is on tablets "warfrin?" etc and she reads that she shouldn't be having it,I will have a look when I go to pick it up.
The juice is a Virginia tobacco flavour at 18mg.the ecig she had before was a cheap crappy auto with prefils.I also thinks she wants to keep smoking ?

Drop her down to 6-8mg or even lower and see if she can handle that. I wish you luck...nothings worse than having your Mum on your backside.

Think she may be tempted to have another go or that's she's scared of it lol cause she keeps txtin me about picking it up anyway may be able to pick it up later or tommoz and will ask her to maybe see her doctor and give it another go I know she wasn't doing it right half the time when I was there she wasn't pressing the button on drawing.I think maybe she ingested some juice and made her sick either that or maybe od'd a bit on nic ? I will Sus it out

Smoking is harmful to someone with a serious heart condition. A low nicotine e-cig can only be better! I read a post from another member and she vaped continuously during her stay in hospital following open heart surgery. None of her doctors advised her to stop.

im also thinking about getting my mom 1, just wanna ask how much mg of nicotine is in 1 stick of marlboro reds, and how does it ocnvert to e juices?, shes even quite particular where the marlboro reds are made from (she only takes ones that are made here in the philippines). i just wish i can get her to stop smoking, by the way i'll get her an ego as most of you guys suggest this for beginners.
