my name is lee, just to introduce myself.
I have been a member of other forums for years so don't worry I know how to use the search feature already
just want to say this forum has been a great source of information.
it all started with my mum really. she called me to say she had bought a funny gadget to aid in switching from normal cigs to something else, she is a hardcore addict to be fair about, 20 years + at a rate of 20-30 a day when smoking normal cigs, so chest problems are becoming an issue. she recently recovered from penumonia but is finding quitting nicotine so very difficult that she set to seek out an alternative method after nicorette gum and inhalers all failed to satisfy her needs and patches are not an option - she hates them.
anyway, without rambling on much more, I went round and being a 20 a day smoker myself (and I now hate it alot) I also tried it and quite liked the fact that it got rid of the craving. I have to say either her carts were too low or the e cig was not a decent one, so I decided to get one but did some research.
I settled for the TECC Titanic 510 from The Electronic Cigarette Company (TECC UK), and it arrived today. I must say I am delighted with it, the throat hit is great, plenty of nicotine to stop the cravings and all in it seems like a good unit.
my girlfriend bought TECC's pink mini e cig too, and we have ordered some Totally Wicked e-liquid (tobacco flav, high strength) today, after trying my high carts that came with it I soon changed my mind from buying Extra High strength liquid.
we have purchased the refillable carts too and they should all be here tomorrow morning.
so, day 1 of the rest of my life hopefully off of real cigs! wish me luck!
