All my new Kit came in, everyone was right, after three weeks with a PCC, small battery set up and Cartomizers I got fed up with the limitations. The automatic switch was not keeping my vape warm enough (if I sucked hard it pulled to much air and made the vape thin if I sucked lighter the battery would turn the carto off. The little cartomizers were good to start and helped me adapt from analogs but now I find them lacking in flavor and life.
eGo Clearomizer on left, Mega Clearo from Volcano on the right. After filling them up and vaping a little I have to say I think the Volcano ones Vape the best. I think because of al the extra wixing you get better juice flow to the atomizer. The eGo one tastes burned if you hit it to fast and hard, also the flavor isn't as strong from it.
The plastic on the eGo Clearomizers is slightly thicker and more solid, it also seems to have a cleaner cut edge on the top and bottom. The bonding on the bottom to the outer cylinder is
I went to a local vape shop today to see what they had to offer (ok when I say local I mean like a hour and a half drive but what ever) rolled in with the volcano chrome battery + chrome volcano tank + the extra sleeve to cover up free space. Guy was like wow pimp set up, made me feel good.
This hobby gets crazy after a while... I had to get some other clearos to fit all the juices I ended up with from Volcano and the shop I visited. The dude at the shop was awesome and gave me that massive blue tank set up you see here. He was curious about the way the volcano 510 set up is, and was trying to see what his ego stuff would fit since that is what he mainly sells. Just for trying it out he gave it to me to keep. Pretty awesome, it is rubberized and feels nice and solid but can't really say I am a fan of the way it vapes compared to the Volcano Clearomisers or the Volcano tank.
Anyways really glad I checked out Vapor Den up in Berkeley like a few other members advised, they had some totally awesome flavors and it is nice to meet other local vapor enthusiasts.
