Hey all, I wanted to get something better than a Vivi Nova for a tank system and wanted to try the ProTank out. I was about to purchase one from a vendor and while doing a little googling I ran into Kanger ProTanks on sale :). They are $14.95 at ivape.net, Pro Tank SPECIAL - SHORT TERM SALE | iVAPE. Use coupon code "NewRewards" to get 5% off bringing it to $14.25... not too shabby. I love vaping but it's hurting my wallet haha. So any new people looking to upgrade or try something new, save a few bucks and I hope my searching brought some people a little joy.

Edit: Heck I just found it here as well ProTank @EmpireMods.

The Protank uses a bottom coil and has a glass tank versus the Vivi Nova's top coil and plastic tank. Particularly good if you use acidic juices like cinnamon or some citrus, which will crack or cloud some plastic tanks. You fill the Protank from the bottom and the mouthpiece is permanent, while the Vivi Nova gets filled from the top and allows varieties of drip tips.

You can get vivi novas in metal - they are safe to use with all juices. I love my mini nova metal tank. It's a warmer and tighter vape compared to the pro-tank.

Vision Vivi Nova Tank System - Metal Tube

Vapor production is excellent and I actually prefer the taste of my nova compared to the pro-tank - but that is completely subjective.

No matter what gear, you will find strong opinions on both sides of the debate.

As far as Quality, both are upper class and as long as one can figure them out, use them properly and maintain them they will last a long long time.
Both cost more than a basic carto tank on the start, but savings start into effect quickly once adding in the cost of replacement cartomizers.
