Agreed, minus the purse thing. ;)

I feel like the 400, 650, and 900 are pointless when there's only a few dollars price difference, and you get ~2 or 3 times the battery life in a unit that can still easily fit in your pocket... (or purse).

No, no no! They are perfect for discrete vaping! I got a 400 and 650 in my starter kit, and they don't cause alarm to strangers LOL The first time I pulled out my Provari I got looks of alarm:laugh:

But, I do want a 1350...

Wait, hold on. As long as a 650? The VV has 900mA. Are you saying the voltage regulator makes it that inefficient? A near 30% loss in capacity?

@ a constant 3.8 volts, my VV lasts about 70% as long as my 1300mAh, less if you turn it up. The standard, unregulated batteries start with a high voltage, average out for most of the battery charge, and then drop in voltage towards the end of the cycle. The VV lets you play around, dialing anywhere from 3.3-4.8 volts. @4.3+ with the standard coils, the taste becomes burnt and pretty unusable.

If you do the math, DaveOno is about right.

The VV is regulated, which imo makes it a superior, more enjoyable unit. Now if we could only get a 1300+ mAh VV. :vapor:

So possibly, at an acceptable voltage dialed up, (maybe 3.8V with a standard coil) if I think my 650 doesn't last as long as I would like, I may not be satisfied with how long the VV lasts? Maybe I should just get a 900mA and see how that goes.

Battery Charge:

400 mAh - 480 puffs/charge
650 mAh - 780 puffs/charge
900 mAh - 1000 puffs/charge
1300 mAh - 1350 puffs/charge

Battery Length:

400 mAh - 57.5 mm
650 mAh - 74.5 mm
900 mAh - 89.8 mm
1300 mAh - 99.6 mm
900mAh VV - 106.2 mm

Skip the 900, go with a 1300mAh (2 650's in one) or the VV, it's worth it.
I guarantee the 1300mAh will get you through a HEAVY day of vaping. It lasts me 2 days.

Hi everyone, I just got a Triton starter kit with an extra VV 1000 mAH battery. This battery is great and allows me to get more vapor. I have zero issues with my tanks and the e-juice seems ok but then Ive only tried the Tribeca and Midnight Apple (dont care for). But Im excited on what this rig will provide and if it keeps me off smokes for good, then great. Take care

Hold on to the rest of the midnight apple. a coupla weeks from now, your taste buds will totally morph, and everything will taste different. Juices you didn't like might become your favorites.

Hey, quitting, (or at least cutting way down) that's all that matters. And there is no if. The Triton will help. You will keep yourself off smokes.

I couldn't even imagine wanting more vapor than I get from my Triton with just the standard 650mAh batteries. Then again, When I got my G6 kit, I couldn't imagine anything being better. Then I got my mini-tank and thought the same thing. And with my Triton - same thing again. It's funny how our "needs" go up with each first encounter of new hardware or flavors.

I'm planning to get the Halo VV Triton battery soon, even if I don't need it. Because I'm a control freak. :p

I thought the exact same thing.

Analogs ---> LR cartos: "This is great! I could quit with this!"
LR cartos ---> Mini-tanks: "I can taste this a lot better!"
Mini-tanks ---> Triton: :vapor: *huge smile* "Stick a fork in me, I'm done!"

Around that point some people go spend crazy, ending up with a huge drawer of assorted mods and a much lighter wallet. How many of those can you put between your lips at one time?

VV is end game.
