And I like it!!! Went for a 1300mAh Titanium. Gotta say I'm pretty impressed. I have been using SI X2 batteries for a while now. Nothing wrong with then at all. Just wanted to give a Triton a try to mix it up a little. The one thing I really like is how they get that much juice in a smaller package. You can see the size comparison below.

Left to right:

Triton 1300mAh with Triton tank
Volt 900mAh with T3
Volt 900mAh with Triton tank
Volt 1300mAh spinner with T3
Volt 1300mAh spinner with Triton

Nice variety huh???

I will prolly be picking up a few more Tritons to add to the arsenal.

Tritons aren't regulated, so you can expect a 30% boost, over a similarly regulated battery.
(the first 5 puffs will be hot, and the last 5 will be cold)

Now you're a Halon; welcome to the club! ;)

Hey I still like my X2's but these are pretty sweet. So what exactly is the difference between regulated an unregulated batteries???

Regulated batts have a voltage regulator, so your vaping experience remains the same, throughout the charge level of the battery. Sadly not a very high tech implementation, because a 30% power loss is pretty high.

So non-regulated batteries in general are better at this point???

I'd say: yes, because the power drop from the regulator is huge. Also, the charge time on those X2s is pretty long.

I'm guessing you haven't had to charge your Triton yet? :D
(psst; those chargers are interchangeable, btw).

I know this!!! LOL I am using my X2 spinner charger to charge my Triton right now.

And that is one thing I hate about the X2's. My 900's can take up to 12hrs to fully charge when dead on a 1.5a wall wart. Kinda wishing now I had grabbed a few more 1300 Tritons during the BF sale.

So I am guessing even the 900mAh Tritons last much longer than the X2 900's.

I mean, there are no 3400 mah batteries for vaping? just for inserting into mods....right? Either way I say this, it just sounds dirty.

Have you vaped identical juice in the T3 and the Triton back to back? What are your findings if you did? {top coils vs bottom coils} :vapor:

Actually I have. My custom ECBlend juices taste much better on the top coil Tritons. Tribeca it is a toss-up. But when it comes to a few SI juices I get like RY4, and 555 they didn't taste good at all in the top coil. The RY4 in the T3 tastes like an RY4 should. In the Triton it tasted like kettle corn.

@BigBen2K: Yup 12 hours at a minimum. Sometimes longer. That is why I usually put one on charge in the early evening and hope it is charged by morning. I'd hate to see how long an X2 1300 would take.
