Got my V2 back today from PS. :)

I must commend Casey, and PS for fantastic customer service. Was initally disapointed with the V2, it didn't work when I recieved it the first time. They quickly responded to my email about the issues I had with it. I packaged it up and sent it back for repairs/replacement. The turnaround was way quicker than I expected, and the unit performs flawlessly this time. The problems at first were minor, and partly my fault I'm sure.
This V2 is a vapor A-Bomb!!! I love it! I've never HV vaped before, and now I know what all the buzz is about. I can really taste the juice.

I'm on the same page as you Madhunter. Mine went back for a tune up and came back firing on all cylinders. Puresmokers customer service is second to none.

I've only had great results with CS at Puresmoker. 2 Prodigy V1's that have never failed me in over 6 months, that just got the mechanical update. A Protege that the switch went out on however, shipped it out priority, they shipped it back the day they got it, new switch and they replaced the 510 adapter as well. It now has been upgraded to the mechanical switch.

The future of vaping with PureSmoker is so bright I gotta wear shades!

It was one of the first to go out back in May of last year ... so it's 8 months old and still works like it did on day 1 .... original (resistor) switch, the body is in pristine condition, although it's been dropped more times than I'd care to admit I bought the new switch .... just because it was there ... it's in a drawer waiting to be needed ..... I love my V1 !!

I am very happy to read these comments, not just the customer service, but the improved performance after the tune-ups. I just sent my Prodigy V2 back Friday, the 510 adapter was very flakey, I really think they put too much tolerance in the threads, got to where the atomizer wouldn't even stay in, slid in and out. Also I have to roll the switch button around for the best connection.
I am REALLY missing the flavor of my juices that I get with
the 5-volts!!

I love my V1..

I love my V1 also, but after dropping it a few times since I work in a pretty harsh environment, the aluminum began to mushroom out on the end cap, leaving me with only half to one full thread.

Now my V2 should be shipping soon and I can put my poor mistreated V1 to rest.

I'm very happy with the conversion to stainless over aluminum in many many ways.

Maybe I should put my V1 in a trophy case when its brother arrives

Got my Prodigy V2 back today! It worked fantastic straight out of the package, no adjustment of the adapter at all. The 510 thread piece seems deeper, it take almost 4 complete turns to seat the atomizer in place, there is no wiggle. It is GREAT to have my 5-volts back. Very pleased, thanks PureSmoker!!
