im so happy it came today. i love it! and the carrying case is great. it is smaller than i thought but im glad it is. they have the best customer service anywhere. the pin came out of my usb charger and i emailed them and they are sending me a new one tomorrow. until then although i know its not the best idea but i have a charger with the same exact specs that i can charge my batts on. i would have cried to get them and not be able to use them
