Well, got the official word that my husband is deploying to Afganistan in June...
He's excited to go, but I'm a little scared. I know the money will be good while he's away, but another year raising our daughter alone....damn. Our daughter was too young for it to really affect her when he was shipped to korea in '05 (she just turned 2)...I don't know how she's going to take it now...

Sorry to hear about that . Deployment is always hard. I could never have to the strength to be a military wife. I would literally worry myself to death. God bless your family while your husband is away.

Sorry to hear that you have to go through another deployment. Our family is in the middle of one now and we know how you feel.
God bless and keep your husband and his comrades while they are over there. They will be always in our prayers. Please tell him thank you from our family and our thanks to you also as we know that the family sacrifices just as much as our brave troops do during these deployments.
