Gotvapes not living up to my expectations

I submitted a ticket on Saturday about receiving the wrong coils for my E1 clearos. I got an almost immediate response asking for a photo, which I sent. I then heard nothing for a day or more. I chalked it up to it being a weekend. I then posted on this forum in the Gotvapes section about it and got a response from Chris, who asked for my ticket number. I PMed my ticket number and got a response stating that Daniel would be back in the office in an hour and would make sure they had the right coils to send out to me. Chris also asked that I send the incorrect coils back and would refund my shipping.

I have not heard one word regarding my order this since then. Daniel did not get back to me about having the correct coils in stock. Right now I am having a hard time tasting my juice since my coils are about 3 weeks old. I just want the correct coils. I do not even want a refund on the incorrect coils. I just want what I ordered. I will gladly pay for them again.

I have had a very poor experience. All I want is what I ordered and for someone to respond to me about when I will get it. I don't think that is too much to ask.

Hi Xander - this was my fault. I sent out the wrong coil stem heads for those. What we normally do on smaller items is just send out the right item once we confirm and do not require a return.

Unfortunately we are out of stock on those. You posted this on the 28th and I am pretty sure I followed this up within 24 hours. We have alot goign on right now so PM me with your order number so I can make sure about the ticket and the resolution I provided. As I remember we were going to have to refund you but give me your order number if you can in PMs.
