I submitted a ticket on Saturday about receiving the wrong coils for my E1 clearos. I got an almost immediate response asking for a photo, which I sent. I then heard nothing for a day or more. I chalked it up to it being a weekend. I then posted on this forum in the Gotvapes section about it and got a response from Chris, who asked for my ticket number. I PMed my ticket number and got a response stating that Daniel would be back in the office in an hour and would make sure they had the right coils to send out to me. Chris also asked that I send the incorrect coils back and would refund my shipping.
I have not heard one word regarding my order this since then. Daniel did not get back to me about having the correct coils in stock. Right now I am having a hard time tasting my juice since my coils are about 3 weeks old. I just want the correct coils. I do not even want a refund on the incorrect coils. I just want what I ordered. I will gladly pay for them again.
I have had a very poor experience. All I want is what I ordered and for someone to respond to me about when I will get it. I don't think that is too much to ask.
