On June 7th, I ordered 2 long wick Stardusts, and never got the order. At the time, GotVapes was moving and would take the order to arrive a little longer than expected. That was fine, as it did mention that on the website. I went ahead and placed the order anyway. I waited, and waited. No order, again, that was ok. I figured it would just take some more time because of a move, and getting things set up, etc. I got an email on June 12 explaining the Stardusts would be placed on backorder and I said to go ahead and put me on the list. So on July 27, I sent a ticket asking what was going on with the order. Daniel replied and said that they maybe would be getting another shipment in on that following Monday, July 30th, and they would be sending the order to me once it arrived.
Now, it's August 30, a month later, and still no Stardusts. After almost 3 months of waiting for an order isn't acceptable, so I would just like a refund. $14.25. I have since ordered from someplace else and won't be needing the order.
