GotVapes Saves the Day

Just got in my Phoenix Rebuildable from another supplier while I was doing the yearly garage organization part 2, I've been waiting for this one so I couldn't wait to check it out. Went inside, luckily all my mods I've multiple safety features, threw it on my gripper and got an error. Checked my resistance and saw it was shorted, pulled the coil and still shorted, and I was really happy about this lol. I tried to get a hold of the vendor, still no reply, searched google and youtube with no luck. So I decide to look on the GotVapes web site, and discover The Phoenix Atomizer Part 3 where you show the break down and assembly of the whole thing.

Totally what I needed at that very moment. I literally sat there and paused the video as I followed along step by step, and in the end I had myself a fully functional Phoenix Rebuildable (bulli) that worked just as good as I'd hoped it would. Thanks for being so thorough in the knowledge and support of the products you carry.

The vendor did call me, offering to walk me through the breakdown process, and gave me his cell number. So not that bad, still would have been nice to have the information readily available on their site.

This is just one of many reasons Gotvapes is my go-to vendor. Ecigs are a relatively new business, and I like giving my business to people who are really serious about it and care about what they are doing.

I don't do much shopping, most of what I have is rebuildable, and my juice is DIY. What little I've done recently has been 4 orders; one with vapor....., one with hoosier, and two with gotvapes. Of the four I had problems with two that were not got vapes, and of those gotvapes helped me fix one lol.

They have some pretty exciting items I've never seen before, and seem to be bringing out new desirable ones pretty quickly. I'm sticking around to see what's next, and the sub forum has become one of my favorites.
