Hi,
In looking on your site at these, it looks like there's a new part that comes with these...the silver or black metal piece that goes around the bottom of the carto where it connects to the battery (there's 3 pictures of this piece now on your site that I don't recall seeing before)...When was this added? I didn't receive one of those with the (5) I purchased at the end of June.**I see these 'cones' are an add-on option...don't recall them being available before.
Also, the description on the site now says that these come with "An O-ring covers the inner fill seal and must be removed before filling"...mine do not have this 'o-ring'.
Also, I sent you an email about one of these not firing after just a couple of drags (the heating element got bright orange, then it died)...Another one is doing the 'glowing orange' thing now...is that normal?
Lastly, I see you've added a 'condom' for the bottom of these...good idea since all the juice will leak out in minutes when not mounted to a battery (at least, that's what happened with mine)

this does not come with the vision, its a extra option for $4 and comes in silver and black

there is a inner plug and a plug that sits on top of it, if that was missing let us. if you had a doa you can pm me here just in case your email got missed. The vision has been one product with very little issues, leaking issues are almost non existant but it does happen, you can screw the bottom connector clock wise which can seal it up a bit.

Just a note on somethign you said about leaking...this has never been an issue reported and also Chris and I have been vaping these things to death. The one thing the VISION does not do, normally and from the collective experience, is leak. Not saying it can't happen with any product, but this has not been an issue at all with these.

Mine started to wear about week FOUR, then I put some glue on it and it was working great!!!! This is a great carto!

uumm sorry, but that wasnt long enough, 4 weeks is crap
just joking...i was pretty amazed that it didnt loose a lot of "umph" during that time. It was usable and satisfying,,, I didnt vape it til there was very little life left, it still had life, but decided to retire it...it was a good carto there is just so far you can push a carto IMO.
I will be getting more and thanks for the sale on them!!

I only had the leaking issue w/ the one. I sent it back (along with another doa unit, and one that has a heating element that gets very hot and glows orange) so feel free to verify that what I said is true.
