Gotvapes is movin on up on the forum board.Dont know how it works but at this rate it wont be long B4 ur in that deluxe apartment in the sky.As far as I'm concerned you guys are the best vendors out there right now.My only gripe is the 2.4 XL clearomizers seem 2 sell out 2 quick.What up wit dat fellas you should know by now 2 order a ....load of those.

Agree that gotvapes is fantastic vendor.

I have posted my honest opinions and experience, good or bad, in these forums. None of it has been inflammatory, but some blunt statements I have made have not always shown GV products in the best light. I suspect the GV PR group winces a little when they see my name on a post.

Rather than hiding from my experiences or trying to diminish them, GV and this group has been quite helpful. Any fool can whitewash issues and shoot the messenger, but very few companies can and will face challenges head on and handle them professionally. This is where GV shines.

The products are the products: manufactured halfway around the world and sold by any number of retailers. You can buy almost anywhere. The same product problems at GV exist at all retailers. I have had my own product problems.

But I've never had an issue with GV service and communication. In fact, most of the time I interact with a company, I can find some aspect of their service where it could have been better. I can honestly say that (so far) I have not interacted with GV and thought to myself, "I could have done that better."

These guys are amazing.

Many thanks for the comments fellas...its summertime but we are plowign ahead and very excited about some new product and developments coming right up...

We have tons more 2.4's capnbang coming up. On the last order we ordered many many but one of boxes in shipment was loast by DHL (we lost quite a few $ but we'll deal with it) and in that shipment was the bulk of our 2.4's. So we placed an 'emergency' mini-order for these and some other items that is beign processed now.

wanted to add that when I have contacted Gotvapes I have always been treated very well, listened to and my questions were answered and any problem I had was taken care of in a very speedy and considerate manner....on top of all that, these guys are really nice :) What I like is that they encourage people to talk about problems, troubleshooting for many reasons and one of them I have found is to make the product better and of corse to help us, their customers!!!!!! Also, they seem to take pride in their products, they seem to want to make sure their products are up to date and the problems with them are addressed and fixed and if not fixable, they will discontinue that product.

Badkolo and Dannoman are two very very stand up guys and work great together to ensure that every question, no matter how trivial or small, gets answered very very fast. Anytime I have ever had a problem it has been solved within hours to a day or two. This is miraculous turn around time in any business, but especially an online business with literally thousands of customers. Keep up the great work Gentleman, it is a pleasure each and every time I make a purchase from you.
