Agree that gotvapes is fantastic vendor.
I have posted my honest opinions and experience, good or bad, in these forums. None of it has been inflammatory, but some blunt statements I have made have not always shown GV products in the best light. I suspect the GV PR group winces a little when they see my name on a post.
Rather than hiding from my experiences or trying to diminish them, GV and this group has been quite helpful. Any fool can whitewash issues and shoot the messenger, but very few companies can and will face challenges head on and handle them professionally. This is where GV shines.
The products are the products: manufactured halfway around the world and sold by any number of retailers. You can
buy almost anywhere. The same product problems at GV exist at all retailers. I have had my own product problems.
But I've never had an issue with GV service and communication. In fact, most of the time I interact with a company, I can find some aspect of their service where it could have been better. I can honestly say that (so far) I have not interacted with GV and thought to myself, "I could have done that better."
These guys are amazing.
