Got FIVE liquids from vapeescape yesterday 2 normal and 3 Gourmet , they said rest the gourmet for at least 24 hours, 48 hours preferably thought I'd have enough restraint to wait till Saturday and give them the "Reccomended" time, but nah no self control. Should I just go crazy and open one now my Carto's gone dry or wait till tomorrow?

kirsty0108, If you buy freshly made juice steeping it is almost a necessity unless you want to be very disappointed. I generally keep a few juices that I know do not need steeping in that way you're never without. Be aware that some juice likes to sit for up to a month depending on it's content. With almost anything vaping related, this is a trial and error type of game. Until you are familiar with your juice vendors it can be a challange to know which ones need to steep.

A friend of mine who makes his own liquid gets a shallow bowl of warm water, and lets the bottle sit in the water for about 10 min. It kind of works to steep them quicker, but probably not fully in the way that letting it sit for a few days can.

If you have any empty bottles, you could shake up the 'gourmet' bottle, put some of it into the empty bottle, let the now partiality filled bottle set in some warm water, and then try it out. The worst that happens is you waste a little bit of liquid.
