I've come here to vent and share my experiences with this company. I first discovered GV on Youtube watching some reviews about the best juices to buy and where to order them. Then, the website looked attractive with the customizations, video reviews, and my own profile. O.K sweet! I'll order Marlburro, two flavors I just made, and Nuport. Five days go by, and my order from Vapor Kings arrived before GV. No big deal, they are probably busy. Next day I get a call form the post office saying my package arrived empty. Mother %#@$er! I call GV and they are so polite and friendly and ship out my order again and apologize. I'm thinking, wow that wasn't what I expected. Sweet, just a few more days. It arrived in great condition and the flavors were pretty good. I placed a bigger order the following week and after a full seven days of waiting I called and they didn't process my order because they "lost" it. At this very moment I'm starting to get the picture. They are either in over their heads with orders or just completely unorganized. Them, "do you want any free juice?". I'm thinking HELL YEAH! But, what I really want is my package to arrive on ....ing time . I ask for a bottle of RY4 and let me tell you about a .... flavor! It was so damn spicy it was like having a family of chile peppers take huge dumps on my tongue. But, it was free, so I threw it away and will never try anything called RY4 from anyone again. EVER. The other flavors were pretty basic and I made sure I ordered the ones they made and not the "Magic dragon" flavor "Jo blow" and "Betty Sue" made. Never will I order from that company again I'm thinking to myself. Until, two weeks ago when I was stupid enough to order ONE bottle. I'd love to know what state, country, or planet they sent it to because I sure as .... don't have it. No responses through their "Customer Service" email in over a week. :facepalm: If i want to make a flavor I'll go down the street to my nearest Brusters ice cream shop. Now, I simply order from Vapor Kings and my local flea market sells some American Vapor.

tldr (too long didn't read); Try Gourmet Vapor if you like empty boxes, .... flavors, incorrect PG/VG levels, and all around ....ty customer service.

Yes, yes. I've called them multiple times from my previous orders. But, am I supposed to call them every time I place an order? Isn't that what the internet is for? Last time I made a flavor that said, "Don't order from this website" and it appeared on the front page and they lol'd saying it got their attention, but that was like last year. So far, I haven't seen any improvement in their service.

I've tried Apple and Nuport. I smoked menthols on the regular like Smooths and Newps, so naturally I fell in love with "Nuport". The flavor is very accurate, I'd have to say it's exactly the same just without that ashtray taste and doesn't over do it with the menthol. I ordered three bottles last month and they are all gone. : ( time to place another order : ) I want to try their other flavors too.

Many of the flavors at Gourmet Vapor are customer-made. That is something you need to be aware of. I thought it was fairly obvious with the flavor creator and some of the odd flavor names. Even some with normal looking names are customer made.

And sorry your order got screwed up but I have never had a problem with them. But you can see everything is custom. And much more custom than most places since they offer every possible PG/VG combo and you can actually create new juice flavor blends and have them make the juice. When they have a sale (and they have had two huge sales recently) they are SWAMPED with orders. But even then they have never screwed up any of my orders. Every place screws up occasionally though and that is just the way it is.

I know a lot are customer made. In fact, I said that already in my original post. I've made three flavors myself, but find that it's a shot in the dark and sort of a waste. They have never got my PG/VG mix correct. They always gave me what they recommend. It's not occasional actually. They have screwed every order I've placed this year and only gotten it right when I threatened to contact the police/better business bureau. Shipping one single bottle of Marlboro isn't a big task.

Nice I smoked marlboro lights and newports for the 10 years so i'll order a bottle and see how wells the nuport tastes. :)

I'm not sure how the Post Office could know your package was empty without opening it themselves. I have to wonder if it got damaged or pilfered in the postal system. I've made several orders with GV and never had a problem getting the wrong items. They do take longer than other vendors when they're having a big sale, but they warn their customers about that in the sale notices. I have no doubt they get swamped considering some of the crazy cheap deals you can get. I just made an order this last weekend during their 50% off sale - 120ml of 48 mg/ml unflavored nic liquid for $10.48. The last time I ordered nic liquid from them it was OEM Box-Elder, very high quality stuff. I also got premixed juice at what I consider a great price for premium liquid.

I'm sorry to hear you've had such bad experiences. I agree that you have to be careful trying user created flavors, not everyone knows what they're doing and tastes vary. My experiences with GV though have been great and they get most of my e-liquid business these days.

I'm only on my second order with GV, but I am soooooo floored by their amazing customer service - they have a customer for life!

As for the Priority Box - the glue on those likes to let loose. I always used packing tape over that flap just to be sure it stayed closed. Considering I shipped 30-50 packages a day, I have quite a bit of experience with those boxes!

My "customer for life" experience: I placed an order last Thursday for $41. Get the sale email the next day for the 50% off sale. Email in hopes they'll hook me up since I ordered only hours before the sale. Now, NO company has to honor their sale price if you purchased before the sale, but a GOOD company will. And GV did. I had asked if they could send me two bottles of the same item (so, double the order instead of refunding half) and they agreed. So, in gratitude, I placed another order (a friend asked me to get her a few things). Of course, my lazy .... didn't put the order in until Tuesday. AFTER the sale. WELL - I did NOT ask them to honor the sale price or anything. I simply had sent an email pointing out that I ordered so that Cindy knew which order to add those two free bottles onto. She writes back - and HONORS THE SALE PRICE the day AFTER the sale. Without my even asking. THAT, my friends, is MIND BLOWING customer service! If it takes awhile to ship, I don't care. When I had placed that order Thursday, it shipped Friday. The previous order took a few days to ship, but that was because I ordered during the first 50% off sale - I expected a delay (not even reading anything about it - just figure any company doing half off would be SLAMMED).

So, while I sympathize on your issues with GV, I only have amazing things to say about them. Hopefully you will consider ordering again, and hopefully you will be pleased. :)

I think some of these small juice companies might bring in extra possibly-untrained shipping help during big sales. I know FreedomSmokeUSA had his mom working during one big sale. And Vapor4Life screws up packaging sometimes during sales. Still very sorry your order got screwed up. And I do think the PO peeks in the boxes sometimes. I got a small box this week that had very obviously been ripped open at the end - not fall open.

I have ordered from GV multiple times, they have totally accommodated my being a PITA (pain in the ...) and yes, I even had an issue with one order...BUT, they bent over backwards to make it right and the bottom line for me is their liquids are always great. I have never had a non-vapable juice from GV (and only one that just wasnt to my taste) and there is only one other vendor I can say that about so far. Their stuff is made to order, takes time, and usually needs to steep, but it's always good. I dont want to know how much time and money I've wasted on other companies juices that were just plain not good.

And as to CS... their site says it can take 10-14 days, even with issues my experience w/ GV is if you are polite and reasonable they will not only do right by you, but go above and beyond in apology...which it sounds like they tried to do for you. I also doubt they sent an empty package and I can tell you first hand from trying to open their boxes in the Post Ofc parking lot! that it didnt just open up and oops, the bubble wrapped goods fell out.

I would encourage you to call them and talk about your concerns if you are still so put off instead of venting here, which gets you nowhere. And think about that lower nic level thing dude...

Gourmet Vapor has been one of my first internet stops when ordering more juice. My two favorite juices are custom ones I created myself and they always taste the same and perfect. Their customer service has always been top notch for me, and they really have some wicked sales. I have had my share of painful purchases from some vendors out there, but GV always remains one of my favorites.
