Wow, this thread got busy. I was away from my computer since my last post, but I wanted to let you guys know, Todd from GV emailed me shortly after my second email. He apologized and confirmed something was definitely not right. He asked that I forward my confirmation email. So I did. I haven't heard back, but this was late yesterday, and today is Sunday. I have faith I will hear from him tomorrow. I am satisfied having gotten a response. I will keep this thread updated when I hear more.

I ordered my stuff on the 4th and I just got it in the mail today. I am not mad at all. I expected the long wait because of the AWESOME deal they had going on around the 4th. So I know they had a tonnnnn of orders. But OMG it is so worth the wait because my juice is already seeped and soooooo delicious. Between FSUSA and Gourmet Vapor, I am in juice heaven and will continue to order from them even if it takes a month lol

Here's an update...kinda.

I forwarded my order confirmation email as requested on Sat. (11/14). I attempted to call customer service today, and got no answer. I also sent a follow-up email around lunchtime and I have received no response. Other than initial reply to my second email they have not communicated at all. Also, my order status on the website still reads.... "Status" Lastly, their oney cleared my bank on 11/8.

Should I be getting irritated yet? Thanks to this thread, it is obvious orders that came in well after mine are shipping. I know this is a mix-up, and .... happens, but WTF?

Question for all those re'cieved their orders. Did the website said in production or shipped? Just curious because I did order almost 200 ml unflavored and flavored on 11/4

Editing because I finally got my shipping email tonite. While I'm having fun playing with my granddaughter bf said he'll stalk the USPS person for me. He is itching to try the peanut butter cup

I guess I got lucky, both my daughter and I ordered from Gormet Vapors (one day apart) and both received our orders within 5days and this was while the sale was going on (but we didn't know about it). We ordered their stock items and not the custom mix flavors so that could have worked in our favor.

On the phone with Todd now....

Apparently, I and one other person have the distinction to be the only people to have ever had their order lost by GV. As I said I managed to get Todd from GV on the phone today. He was extremely nice and apologetic. We got everything straight, and he assured me my order would go out today. As a bonus for the inconvenience he TRIPLED my order. Yes, I said tripled, alls well that ends well...

I will update this thread one last time, when I get my order.
