What batteries do you have?
It may be damaged threads on one Hmizer that is defective,
but trying another should help us know what may be the problem.
The H Mizers have the outer eGo cone thread

Just had a humongomizer that the sleeves won't stay put, it appears they're cutting the tubes a little to short and it's not clicking into the sleeve. You may want to check it out

Hi Vchick. I have found that the same thing happens to me when I dont have the silicone upper cap in place correctly. Either up too high or crooked and the sleeve will not pop all the way down. Just so you know the pressure section is at the base, I have one that I cut about 2/3 the way up and the sleeve still clicks into place as if the rest of the top was still there.

I didn't try the other CE2s because if I did get something that isnt compatible I thought I might be able to purchase a adaptor and give these to a friend that has the GP510cartoKIT-B | GP 510 Carto Kit that I purchased with my eGo.
Oh and yesterday I placed an order for the 510 to eGo adapter and 2 more of the eGo Maniac kits, i thought it went through but I didnt get the confirmation email and I now dont see it on my account. Should I order again?

Have you tried the H-mizer on more than one eGo battery?
It fits on the outer threads, so is it possible the outer thread may have been damaged from dropping
or scraping on something?
Also, have you tried more than one H-mizer?

Something is wrong with that, as long as you used the eGo USB charger, that should not have happened.
You didnt run over the battery did ya? haha
If all else fails, the adapter should help...but please keep us updated if it doesnt.

I'm perplexed now, the plastic tubes are cut a bit short, but when putting the outer sleeve on they're going all the way down to meet the rim on the bottom of the cartomizer, I'm assuming the sleeve is designed to attach to the top of the plastic tube, I've checked the plugs, they're in all the way, there just isn't any click to hold them on?

Update, I found a 5th one, it has cranky threads to boot, the other one in the same package was fine...
Let me know what to do Rob, I've gone through all of them. I hadn't been opening them cause I'd not been having any problems, guess now I'm glad I checked them.
