Graduating from V2 forum to ECF

Hi. I got my first 808 in the mail Feb 8/12. Since then I have discovered 510s, VV and APVs. I was a regular on the V2 forum last year but there is alot I want to discuss now that V2 doesn't carry and I don't feel right tooting the horns of other companies on V2's forum so I have graduated to ECF. I registered here almost a year ago but found it overwhelming and never got into it. There was just so much that I wasn't familiar with and it seemed that even the noobies were speaking a foreign language. Now I have had my education. I am moving on. I still like the V2 forum cuz it is small and usually friendly but I want to learn even more and this seems like the place to do it.

Welcome back to ECF. Nothing says that you can not be active in both forums. Besides this is a friendlier forum, just ask us!

The way developers are pushing out different devices I do not think there are many people who can keep up with all the advances. Most of the time it is simple: a battery, juice device, and juice.

I started out on V2's also, and also lurked in their forums. Moved on from the 808's, but they got me to quit smoking, so they will always have a place in my heart.

Are you still using v2's or have you upgraded?

I still prefer my V2 s for vaping in public. At home I mostly use my box mod and DCT. The mod is The Detonator from Mr. Eliquid. It is white but I have personalized it with purple jewels, a purple tank and purple drip tip. Lol. I love it.

I started off with V2's as well. I didn't find much info on their forums and luckily stumbled upon ECF.

Welcome! The only stupid question is the one you don't ask! The only way to learn is to ask and question! I remember for years employers and coworkers getting angry with me when I asked "why?" all the time. How do you want me to learn? How are you so sure my way isn't going to work?
Ask away! If someone laughs at you, they are the fool for thinking they know it all!

It is a pretty simple forum compared to this but that was what I needed at the time. A good place to start.
