Grand Opening Contest Free E-Liquid or Starter Kit

A couple things on the entry page need editing.....

1. 'lifeblood' is one word
2. I'm not sure you want to remind eople about smoking so much with both capitals and bold letters for 'irreplaceable smoking experience.'
3. In the 'welcome banner' I think you should differentiate 'The Vapor House' (maybe a different color or italicize) from the 'Welcome To', it reinforces the 'The' in your name and web addy.

Just a couple things again! I hope I'm not a PITA!

Perhaps it's been mentioned. But I see a discrepency as to how the a window opens when you click on a link. For example, on the Electornic Cigarettes page, If you click on the VH510 picture it opens in a new window leaving the old window in place. I like that.
But if you click on the Gift Packs picture it opens replacing the page. I prefer that links open new pages. I don't want to have to navigate back I just like to close the window and still have the main window open. Either way... It should be consistant.

See, I feel like I'm being hypercritical when I mention things but my mother had a master's in englih and I am always painfully aware of grammatical and spelling errors. That being said, I syill have problems with the front page.....

I think the line under the 'Welcome....' should be smaller than your mission statement undeneath.

In the mission statement you should either make the 3 items into proper sentences (adding 'We' before each one would accomplish that) or number the three statements, that would be fine also. ANd shouldn't 'service' be in bold letters like in the other 2 parts? Its whay you are trying to draw attention to. Just my , hope I'm a help!

I just wanted to say from a newbie stand point, I think it looks pretty good. I for the most part have found it pretty easy to use. I also like the fact that you do state where you are located, to me that is a big issue.

Not at all this has been one of the greatest experiences that I have had. I have enjoyed all of the feedback and getting a chance to connect with people and acomplish a desire. Make the site a relationship. I am convinced that by listening to other vapors when our new hardware and liquid get here I will have the selection that creates a new destination for everyone. Thank you for noticing our desire for creating more transparency in vaping. I don't know if you noticed in an early post we are working with a Vegas liquid supplier to create a video walk though of their facility so that we can all see how our liquid is made.

Overall the site is ok. Large images and easy to read text. The layout is somewhat dated and looks like sites from the 90's. I almost expected frames with this layout. The BIG advantage to the site is that you offer PayPal. I wish more vendors would offer PayPal.

2. I like the large picture on the various product pages. It make it easy to read and browse. So many websites crowd everythink together which is a turn off for me. Life is cluttered enough!

3. Why are all your e-liquids VG? Will you supply a mix? It seems like that will limit your customer base immediately?

4. Your e-liquid product page should have a place for customer reviews. I check reviews often before making a purchase to get a feel for the flavor.

5. Kudos on the E-cig research tab and the helpful videos tab (though they are only useful if maintained, no one wants to read obviously out-of -date info... so I guess you need to be sure they are maintained regularly)

6. I know 'testimonial' is the correct word to use for your last tab, but honestly as a consumer, whenever I see the word testimonial I think "SCAM" (my personal synonym system)

7. On your FAQ page I think the questions should be in bold and the answers in regular typeface. I found that page very scattered looking.
