The site looks good, it is easy to find the products, and the prices seemed fair. I went to your site hoping to find some eGo batteries at good price but I didn't see any, I assume as you grow so will your inventory

I like the layout and decent prices. Could use more flavor of liquids but will check back when you get the us made liquid.
Call me crazy (ha!) but I didn't see any "add to cart" buttons on the Tobacco or Fun flavors, even though they said there were still some in stock...
And the pic on the Raging Bull lets you click on it (the only one that does) but just takes you to a '404 not found' page.

I really like your ecig gift pack....maybe you can add a drop down menu for the eliquid choices.It would make it alot easier then writing them in the comment section when you order.

Very good large pictures of ecig products, so people can see exactly what they are getting. Need the price beside the item.
I love that you have the gift packs with juice and the BLANK extra dripper bottles, haven't saw that before.
Like the fact that you have a number and a physical address on the site. It really gives a lot of credibility to prospective customers.

Hmmm,,,don't like the two week return policy, I can see with atties that is a neccessity, but not with batteries or other hardware like chargers. Oh, very sorry, didn't read that it was if people decided they weren't for them. This policy seems very fair then, but I think you need to make clear what your policy is on defective equipment.

We are working with a supplier out of Las Vegas. They are currently making a video walkthough of their facilities for us all to see.
Overall I think that web site is off to a great start. I would definitely use you based on that website if the prices are competitive. Love the fact that you are so transparent. Good price on the 10ML ejuice.
I didn't really look at the aesthetics of the website, because I think most of us realize it is content versus style in the ecig world. On the other hand, it could be gussied up a bit without detracting from the "clean" feel of it.

I just wanted to say "Congrats" on making it past the 1/2 way point to the 250 posts you wanted for the contest... The only problem is that you have done such a great job of listening to what everyone had to say, and making the improvments on your site, that people are running out of things to criticize!!

I read through the post again and what I really need is a "go-to" vendor. Given my choice I would use Health Cabin for everything but juice because they have most of the items I am looking for at one site with low (chinese supplier) prices and very good customer service. I hate the shipping though and if you have something go bad it's a PITA. I would love to have an American supplier have such a wide product selection and reasonable prices because I am so tired of looking at all the different sites for what I need and I much happier paying shipping and not worrying about shipments going through customs.
I think it is a necessity for any supplier to carry passthroughs for whatever model they are selling. Not marking chargers for batteries up just to make a HUGE profit. Liberty Flights, I believe is the closest to what I want in the US,,,,,so far. I don't bring up these other suppliers to say "so and so is much better" it's because I want a better option than jumping from here to there ordering this and that and I hope your site is the one that can pull it off.

I personally am not a big fan of the color scheme of the site...Other than that though not too bad...The only other critiscim i would give is to combine some of the tabs so it's a little less cluttered.
They did go away. You are not crazy. Google decided that they did not like cigarette alternatives and has stopped proccessing credit cards for me. That is ok I am going to put paypal in place tonight. I will use it as a stop gap untill I get my new cart and processor worked out. Thank you for continuing to look in on us.
I don't think that I could agree more. We are working to become just that. We are going to continue Chinese options. We are going to expand our US offerings and try very hard to create some transparency in this business.

Please get USA based liquids available as soon as you can, Dekang has a chemical aftertaste to me. And I'm a little leary of quality control with it.
And, please add a few candy type flavors! Caramel, toffee, that kind of thing.
Pass throughs would be another thing to add.
