People at work were telling me that i looked different. I feel different, no more of those dragging, sluggish feel of nor enough sleep to tons of coffee and cigs cycle.

Congratiolations! 30 days sounds like a great milstone. I'm only at day 3 but looking forward to being 27 days behind you as we both go for 1, 5, 10, 20, years!

Her advice....get backups....and then get backups for your backups.

Keep 100ml of juice on hand at all times.

And get more backups.

Congratulations... 1 month was huge for me too, working on month 2 now and I have had absolutely no desire to have a ciggy!
To be honest the smell of a smoke grosses me out now. It's hard to give good customer service to someone that has just had a smoke, when I'm standing there holding my breathe... Lol

Thanks guys ! Its the longest im stinky free. Thats why im so happy, and yeah the back up for the back up for the back up. lol. im still playing with the juices though i have found my all day vape. 30 days and 4 people converted. so happy and proud ! Thank you so much again guys <3

yeah I am currently working on a month now, and I tell you what I feel 100% better than I ever did when I was smoking cigarettes. Kudos to everyone who has managed to move to the vaping movement and keep it up. I can only wait until I got 20+ years into this, or can look at kids who are vaping while I am sitting in my rocker and tell them my story.
