Great Customer Service from itaste

I bought a VTR as my first mod. I liked the high PWM and protected tank and the wattage mod signed the deal. The first on I had an aerotank crossthread. I contacted itaste and they gave me and address so send it to, I had to buy a backup murphies law I guess but the thing lite up and everything looked right but the coil would fire. So I sent that one end and bought another (the form factor is just too tough to beat.) I didn't expect the 2nd one to be replaced, but sure enough it arrived in perfect condition.

So now I have 3 VTR's. But the moral of the story is as long as you save the manual with the codes, they will honor warrant.

Months later now all the VTTRs are working fine, I believe the problems were partially new user mistakes.

That's great. I had just the opposite experience, as Innokin never responded to any of my e-mails. Perhaps they decided that CS is indeed an important aspect of running a successful company.

glad to hear you got good customer service, my first mod is the SVD. I've had it now about 3 months with no problems and it's good to know they stick by them.

Of course better than buying smokes but most have cheap backups to get by.
