Anyone have some stories they'd like to share? I'm amazed to get replies back from Tom in the wee hours of the night over such small items. 10:30 tonight, so impressive. It takes me days to respond to my closest friends

I agree. I've always shouted out props to Tom. Out of all my orders I've only had two minor booboos so I emailed Tom mostly to FYI him, and each time the issue was handled fast and professionally.

That dude needs a raise. Seriously.

Their email response time is always within 24hrs, not much more you can ask for from a online vendor. I'll say it again, with good products, good prices, and great customer service, we always return for more.

yup, so far id rank canvape's CS some of the best ive delt with so far. anytime i had any issue i got a reply back from tom within hours resolving any i had. great prices and super customer service will guarantee i keep coming back, and i tell my friends to shop here too
