Just want to say thank you for your fabulous customer support. I changed an order and sent a couple e-mails with questions. Not only did Terri respond quickly to my e-mails, she even called me last night to go over my order and offer technical advise. Now that is what I call cs!
I was raised working in my family's business. CS (or lack-there-of) these days is a HUGE pet peeve of mine. I seriously don't understand how business owners/managers allow their employees to slack in this very important aspect of business. A business is nothing without customers. Simple equation. Period! Okay.....I'll stop ranting.
