Just wanted to say thanks to AltSmoke for their great customer service. I had an issue with one of my BBs which I purchased in 2010ish, I contacted AltSmoke and they took care of me for a very reasonable cost. I do have other mods now but I still use my SB and BBs. Thank you again for the care you give your customers and I just wanted to share my more than satisfying experience with the forum.

Just sent a Silver Bullet back for button fix, it had been down for a year or so (I was chasing the VV/VW train). Got it in Friday, it is all I have been using since. I forgot how good it is.

Chad is the Mr. fix-it guy....:toast:
I try :)
I don't even fool with just replacing bad parts. The entire unit is rebuilt, only used part is the tube :)
