Great experience w/ Happy Vaper

I purchased a Darwin last Sat and malfunctioned the same evening.

Jack from Happy Vaper quickly replied to my email and talked me off the ledge. He helped me to get in touch with Brandon from EVOLV.

End result is me at Dr. Fleas as I post this picking up a replacement Darwin. So basically a less than a business day turnaround!!!

I can't thank Jack and Brandon enough for the incredible service. We all know of out of country sites selling at lower prices but at the end of the day you are alone after the money is sent.

vaping being such a young industry having a local vendor you can trust and help advise you is indispensable.

I would have to say their service is beyond great. I screwed up my last too orders from them and they were quick with the emails to help me correct my mistake. The follow up emails from them are fantastic and make you feel like more then just another customer. In all my life no other business regardless to product have every treated me as good as Jack and the team at HV. Keep it up and thank you

I gotta bump this thread for the Happy Vaper team!

I needed to get some extra battery's and charger for my new mods, I contacted them last night, got a response this afternoon and didn't get to their location until 6:30
Jack could have closed up and left, but he didn't.
He could have just given me my products and let me leave, but no. He stayed around (even after his family left) and chatted with me for a good 20 minutes.

Jack (and whole team) rock!
