I ordered 10ml of the Totally Wicked tobacco e-liquid with my 1st ever e-cig kit about 3 weeks ago, thinking that I needed a HIGH nicotine ratio to quit my 25+ year smoking habit, I got this liquid in 36mg/ml. I quickly discovered that was about 300% too high! Also, that liquid and the gold label concentrated tobacco flavors I got from TW all had an awful top note taste and smell to them initially. So I set them aside to steep for 11 days while vaping new juices from elsewhere, then 2 days ago I discovered the awful flavor and smell in the TW tobacco e-liquids and concentrates had steeped away, and now the tobacco e-liquid tasted good!

But its nicotine is too strong, so I tried diluting it with PG/VG mix, but found the maximum I could dilute it was 25% without overly weakening the flavor, but that still left it around 28-29mg/ml(still over 200% too strong).

Last night I poured that 3.5(approx)ml mix into a 30ml bottle, then tried adding some of the myriad of menthol/tobacco concentrated flavors and e-liquids, plus diluent to lower the nicotine. Here's the final list of ingredients I ended up with after about 45 minutes of "adjustments".

1. Approx 4.25ml Totally Wicked tobacco e-liquid 36mg/ml(after much steeping!)
2. 2ml Halo Freedom juice 24mg/ml nicotine(tobacco flavor e-liquid)
3. 1.5ml Aromaejuices NuPort(Newport) non-nicotine flavor(menthol tobacco)
4. 3.5ml PG diluent
5. 2 ml VG diluent

So I shook this mixture up really well, completely rinsed my all day vape e-liquid from my Ego-T atomizer(Delaware Vapors PeachBerry), and filled a clean tank to try this out. I didnt know what to expect, but this blend is very good. Its got a nice, top shelf tobacco flavor, with just the slightest sweet note to the tobacco, and moderate complexity. I would compare the tobacco flavor here to Torque 56, in that its a basic, pure tobacco flavor without a lot of overly sweet flavors added to it, but it does have a welcome hint of sweetness, its just not excessive.

The menthol is light. Most of the menthol tobacco flavors I've tasted have strong to very strong menthol, which I'm not a big fan of. I didnt smoke Salems or Kools, so I like a light to moderate menthol, and this has light menthol flavor. Its a good menthol flavor with its own slight sweetness, unlike the bitter menthols I've tasted elsewhere.

AS far as throat hit and vapor production, both are great! It gives a very solid throat hit, but its not a harsh, burning nicotine throat hit, its a natural tobacco-like throat hit, even with short to medium drags on an Ego with standard resistance atomizer. Its vapor is excellent too, since I used a good VG ratio, which I knew I could get away with since the tobacco has a bold flavor. Its probably somewhere in the 60/40 PG to VG ratio. The e-liquids and flavors didnt all have their PG/VG ratios posted, so I have to guess.

Its still just a bit higher in nicotine concentration than I'd like, but I dont want to weaken the flavor. This is now a full flavor blend. I dont have to take long drags on the Ego-T to get a good hit. So maybe I can get away with adding a little more diluent to lower the nicotine, but not much.

I dont know how to do the math to figure out the exact nicotine ratio here, but it should be around 15-17mg/ml. I'd like 10-12mg/ml.

I'd honestly recommend people give this a try, as the ingredients are mostly inexpensive, and the e-liquids and flavors used here work out on average to less than 50 cents per ml, and the diluents are obviously only a tiny fraction of that in cost. But it tastes like a high quality, top-o-the-line e-liquid that people would pay .75-$1 per ml for....
