Great tip for all of us newbies

When I first joined the forum someone passed on a great tip. It must have been JenJen, MaryKay, Moonstruck or Phoenix. Please make sure you drink lots of water! I typically drink about 3 bottles a day and didn't think I needed to increase it, but I was wrong about that. You not only need to water to help flush out some of those nasty analog chemicals but it will help keep you from singing the constipation blues. :cry:

My mom's Dr. turned her on to a great product..3 ballerina tea! It's for dieters..but works great for a gentle nudge in the right direction for ..other problems. She liked it with honey but I prefer sweet and low. The only place we could find it was a Spanish market, but he told her health food shops carry it too. All natual ingrediants.
Water helps in two ways..to keep you hydrated and to help keep your body in tune. P.G. drys you out!

It's a good idea to stay hydrated, because dehydration causes a lot of problems in addition to constipation. I have lupus which is a drying-out disease anyway, so I have to be careful not to drink too much other stuff instead of water. Other stuff (coffee, tea, soft drinks) is okay in moderation, but your body needs water to function well.

I'm not a fanatic about it, but as my granny used to say, if you're thirsty, drink water. It does the body good. :)

Not only that, but the lactic acid blues. One night, after far too much whiskey and vaping, I hurt like holy hell the next day. Felt like I went 73 rounds against Tyson(minus the missing ear). I made real sure to drink water like a champ after that. :)
