Green Smoke Customer Service?

Has anyone had problems with Green Smoke's customer service? Particularly related to returns?

A friend had found Green Smoke, and sent me a link. It was the first I had heard of e-cigs, and was excited about the prospect. I ended up ordering a starter kit, especially since they advertised a 30-day money back guarantee. It wasn't until after I ordered the kit that I found this site. (If I had known about this site, or any other e-cig retailers, I probably would never have ordered my high-priced kit from Green Smoke.)

But I tried it out. It just didn't seem to generate much vapor, and it was frustrating. When I came across a friend who had a M401 which seemed to work loads better than mine, I decided to return my kit for the 30-day guarantee refund. I called their toll-free number, and a guy gave me an address to ship the kit to. I sent it priority mail with signature confirmation.

Delivery was attempted once, and a notice was left. (So no one was home?) That was 3 days ago. No one has picked up my package, and my 30 days are running out. I've just sent a message to Green Smoke via their contact form on their website asking what's up.

Has anyone else had problems with Green Smoke returns?

I ordered 2 boxes of prefilled carts from them a few of weeks ago. I ordered 1 box of coffee and 1 box of chocolate. They sent 2 boxes of coffee (tastes awful). I emailed them and was told to send back the box of coffee and they would replace it with the chocolate. It has been two weeks now since I have returned them and I still do not have my replacement box. I wish I would have thought to send them back with signature conformation.
 
Nope - and I'm sure you're aware of this - but if there's a problem with the time, emphasize that the clock started on your 30 days when you made the return, in good faith, and delivery was first made/attempted. I've had other kinds of returns get strung out for various reasons (other stuff and companies) and gotten the return policy honored.
