+1 on Liberty Flights. If you have the extra coin after starter kit and juices, you might consider a box of cartos for about $8. LF is out of boge, but I just checked and they have smok tech 2.0's in stock. Haven't use those exact ones before, but I think smok tech usually puts out a good product. Throw in a non tank atty or two, a cone, and a drip tip and you'll have all your bases covered :)

I think the ego is the way to go.

But instead of using the tanks, you might consider using an EMDCC. It's a really big cartomizer. It'll hold more juice than the ego tanks, and I've never had one leak at all. I tried boge cartomizers very briefly, and then ego type A tanks for a month or two. Then I tried an EMDCC and never looked back. Easy to deal with, good vape, large enough that I can refill once a day.

Last question, I hope :p

Should I go with:

Joye eGo - T 650mAh (Type B) Starter Kit

or

Joye eGo - T 900mAh (Type B) Starter Kit

The price difference is only $4.

Also I was looking for the drip tips that everyone is telling me to get but I dont see any for the eGo T. I see them for the 510. Will those work?

Also someone suggested these:

Boge cartomizers

Ego Mega Dual Coil Cartomizers

Now do i buy both or go with one or the other? I see they are both cartomizers so i figured id only be able to use one at a time anyway. Again, Im a newb so I may be wrong.

I decided to go with the ego passthrough and some dual coil flat tip cartomizers. For me it seemed the way to go. As I can still use it while charging. I have usb adaptors in my truck and usb mini cables are easy to come by. Plus the fact that it is also a battery! I priced things out and it just seemed the way to go for me. @ 19.99 (Madvapes) plus a few carts @ 2.75. Haven't recieved it yet but should be here tomorrow!

Wind!!!!! You're making me wanna buy one of these things now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ECHO-E from mtnvapor.com . . .

Here's why:

1. You can buy any EGO stuff for it without need for adaptor, and turn it into an EGO, EGO-T, or EGO-W for just a few bucks if you wanna see what using an atty or tank feels like.

2. The 2.3ml carto's are perfect size. Not big and bulky, not small and flimsy. I load up two in the morning, and I've got nearly 5ml ready to go all day...

3. The vapor production is huge! As Longhorn and others have said elsewhere - it is one of the only E-cigs made capable of producing 'too much' vapor. You can always switch down to the single coil for a little less, or just don't hit it so hard (like owning a fast car, you don't always drive it full speed, but it's nice to have the extra power) . . .

4. Mtnvapor doesn't advertise it, but they are essentially "Wholesale Direct to Consumer" - their prices are very low, and their shipping is fast... Plus the juices they carry are all top notch, very consistent.

That's my 4 cents worth!

There's a lot of great stuff out there, and I've got a huge pile of it myself - but the only one I go to day after day is my ECHO-E... For me, it's just so convenient, cost effective, produces great flavor and vapor, and packs the perfect throat hit for my tastes... (more than a little, but not too much!)

...and hey, let us know what you pick and how it goes, I'm interested to hear!

I got this one two days ago, and I love it. With the dual coil cartos it really rocks. And the price is close to the price of just an eGo battery alone, and you get the advantage of vaping while charging.

I'm pretty new here, so I hope I don't steer you wrong, but concerning the drip tips, if you're using the tank with your eGo-T, there is no way to use a drip tip for that, basically, the tank is the tip. The drip tips will come into use when you switch out the tank and tank atty for a cartomizer. Then you will use the drip tip with that. As long as it's a 510 size drip, it will fit.

Please, if I've mistaken in any way, someone smack me and help the op with a more fitting reply.

Nope, you're right. The eGo-T is a little tank with a flat mouthpiece so you can't put a drip-tip on it.

Ok...I have been at this gig for about 3 years starting with SmkgEvrwr to the box mods and then to Prod V3 etc etc etc, finally moving to the eGo T. The eGO got me to the point thinking I could actually quit after smoking for more than 34 years but something was missing to clue me into "You can Quit". What was missing was the flavor and hit combined. The eGO T for some reason muffles the flavor of the juice. The vapor was there but the flavor and throat hit was timid, not to mention the tank dumping (when turned tip down and juice was less than 1/4 in the tank) for no reason. So I moved to a 510 and drip tip. That brought the flavor and the hit however its a mess with the eGO T.
So like I said...been at this for over 3 years tried everything and nothing was doing it until VV. This put everything together. I went to the hard end and bought the Provari and have been smoke free for 5 days now. Im not saying that the Provari did it just saying look into a VV (variable voltage) and the nice thing about the eGO is that there is a VV out there for it...the eGO booster. I haven't tried it, but there are plenty YouTube video reviews out there. Do some research and get advice like you did and try not to learn the hard way like most of us did.
I honestly believe that VV is the only way to go and there are plenty of VV mods out there to choose from. Good luck and "Happy Vaping".

Cool. Thanks a lot for that.

I bought the Ego T 900mAh

Should I have gotten the Ego T 650mAh?

Im not sure whats the difference but I see a lot of people with the 650 so i think I may email them and ask to send the 650 in stead of the 900. LOL.

Batteries last about 1 hour per 100 mah. So your 900 mah battery should last you at least 9 hours of continous vaping. There's only about 1/2" difference in size between the 650 and 900.

If your going to make a purchase, I'd pick up some cartomizers. They're a bit more user friendly to me than tanks which have issues for many people. You'll get a great vape with low resistance cartomizers. Boge 2.0 is a good starter cartomizer.

Good luck!

blahzay,

You do not need drip tips for the type b tank atomizers. You need them to drip into a regular atomizer. They also come in handy when using cartos.

As far as the cartos, you can try either the Boge's or the EMDCC. Or both to see which you like better.

The 900 mAh battery is slightly longer but it will also last longer than the 650 mAh

Hi.... mAh is sorta like puffs per charge. So the Echo would be 1300 puffs before you recharge it. I have both the Echo (auto batt) and the I-G0 (manual batt). Both are 1300 mAh. I like both for different reasons. I use the Echo for pre-filled carts (V2, V4L, etc.) I use the I-Go for carts that I fill with my favorite juices. I use Boge cartos on the I-Go with an adapter(a little screw on thingy that takes the 808 connection to the 510 connection. I use a syringe to fill my cartos because I find it easier and less messy.

The second choice would be a 3.7 box mod. You can get these at MadVapes. They have a native 510 connection. With these you use a 14500 battery. You would get two of these so that you can charge one while using the other. You also need a charger for the batts. The advantage here is that you have a longer time to vape before you have to charge and I think you get a better more consistant vape with better "smoke" and flavor. Again with these you could use an adapter (510 to 808) and use any 808 cartos you may have. Again I fill Boge cartos with my favorite juice and you can buy them with a 510 connection and not have to use an adapter.
The third choice is a REO. Now this is what is called a bottom feeder. There are two kinds of REO The Grand which uses a 18650 battery and the Mini which uses a 14500 battery. They have a door that has a hole in the middle of it. It slides down and inside is the battery and a little bottle...you fill the bottle with juice. They both have a 510 connection. Again I use Boge cartos on them. You put it together and give the bottle a little squeeze ...the juice goes up through a tube into the carto and gives you a really good vape.
Dripping and atomizers can be used on box mods and REOs but you should get used to using your mod of choice before you get into dripping or atomizers. That would probably be the next step up when you find you favorite juice and you mod of choice. I hope this helps..... kathy
