Well, I've been playing around with the boards and have seen some people talk about the GreenCig. Currently I got a 901 coming with an attachment for the kr808d-1 cardomizers. I ordered some Vapor King carts and saw the prices for the GreenCig carts, which were more then double.

Is there such a huge build difference in the carts for the greencig over that of other kr808d-1? Also what are peoples opinion of the VK, 901, and GreenCig batteries? Is there one superior? since also I know that the batteries for all of them work for the 901 atty. Just curious to get the opinions of those with experience in all these products.

That makes two of us...

did some research, and well, it seems paradoxical...

Something about less flavor, less throat hit---yet more this and that sort of talk? then a packaging that needs piercing to be refilled??

Eh?---and on and on.

Then, well there's the choices? what's Western, that seems the only non candy flavor-- and 28 bucks?

What's up with that...

Seriously

Two inqires from the Gambling capital of the South west...

Please, don't try to bluff us...

Just the facts, Mame, just the facts...

Removable filler, with an independent atty sounds too good to be true...

Frankly

I'm more suspicious than curious

Some straight talk would be nice...

Thanks for that
Best Regards

Good luck with that. It seems that everyone I talk to about it appears to have some vested interest in promoting their brand. I use a rule of thumb to stay away from any product whose ad states that their cartridges are the equal to a pack of cigarettes, I know from experience that is a lie. If they are going to lie about that part then what is to stop them from lying about the rest? It is about impossible to qualify that statement, people smoke differently just as we drive different. We could both have the same car with the same package but you could get 10 mpg more because I drive with a heavy foot and your a grandma.

I really look forward to seeing some honest replies as well. I have been tobacco free for over 3 weeks now with my m401 and 510 that I ordered just to see what it was like. If the cartomizers were that much better I am sure they would totally dominate the market. If they were clearly superior then we would not bother with the m401, 510, 901 or others and the mods that are constantly being made to improve the life of those. Smokers are a notoriously fickle and loyal bunch, if one system brought the best of both worlds together as well as these cartomizer cheerleaders have been claiming the other models would have been run out of the market a long time ago or there would be nothing but cartomizers available, much like gasoline cars dominated the last century over electric cars which were the actual early models power supply but impractical for long drives. I would love to have a cartridge last me a whole day as a pack of traditional cigarettes might have, I just have not seen it happen yet.

I have been seeing a lot of this double talk (probably not the right phrase, but I'll use it anyways) In regards to just about everything e-cig. Well at least with which one is the best! It seems everyone is a little different, and decisions should be made on best possible judgement. Part of the reason I picked the 901 was because it could work easily with cardomizers, meaning I wouldn't have to buy a classic and a cardo e-cig in order to figure out which one I like better. One set, with plenty of back-ups and stuff for both sides.

The greencig thing baffles me only because it is -so- much more expensive then every other one like it. Yet it's sold right there next to the vaporking on vapor4life like it is the VK's superior, the step up for e-cig efficiandos.

i use a vapor king, with cartomizers, i like it, the cartomizers can be refilled more than a couple times, so you really get your moneys worth, i think the green cig is more of a premium e cig, i have heard they have the best flavor of all, cant validate that though. I bought the vk vs all others b/c of the large amounts of reviews and info from current users.
its all about research.

Well,

Seems not to be such a hot topic...

That's a shame, the treads I've read are on the Nailer (sp?) and Vapor4life sub forums...

The conclusion seems to be folks prefer the standard carts as these deliver a somewhat reduced favor and hit while pumping out superfluous gobs of vapor...

Still interested, as I lost a few of my carts to cleaning---somehow they lost continuity and no longer heat up...???

Broken contacts I suppose?

I remain hopeful we'll someday have rebuild-able cartomizers
thanks for looking...

Her ya go I did a search for ya...More in a minute..This is a quote from TropicalBob...

I've had a GreenCig G300 for awhile, long enough to use up the initial two boxes of cartomizers it came with. The review is accurate and the lack of vapor with that short cutoff is a turnoff. But I did not use the G300 non-stop as my only e-cig. I rotated it with others, and regularly got two or three days per cartomizer. That's not bad.

That PCC is about the highest quality piece of e-smoking gear I've ever seen. Beautiful in every way. This is the only unit I could take out on the town knowing I wouldn't run out of something.

My son wanted to quit cigs, so I loaned him my G300 three weeks ago. Huge success. He hasn't had a real cig since he got the GreenCig. He loves the thing. Problem? He ran out of carts. I went to order some more from Drewsworld. $30 for 10. Oh, wow and ow! But I bit and ordered. Then up came $10 for shipping. Now we're at $40 for 10 carts. And I stopped cold. I will not pay that for carts, no matter whose carts or what they fit. I have about two years of liquid on hand to use in other e-cigs, so the GreenCig gets shelved, much as son and I both love it.

I loaned son a Screwdriver and enough carts to last him about three years. He wants the GreenCig back. Fine, you buy the carts! Not gonna happen, 'cause he's cash-strapped.

Awesome drew! Thank you, seems the general thought is, use the greencig cartomizer when you have the cash to spend on premium flavors, but for the most part. Not worth it. Good to know. Guess I'll stick with my 901 with cartomizer adapter and the VK carts when I want the easy on the go fix.

But I will probably try their carts one day. When I do, I'll give a full opinionated review of my thoughts.

I keep trying to find something comparable but to me there is NOT!!

Well, I've been playing around with the boards and have seen some people talk about the GreenCig. Currently I got a 901 coming with an attachment for the kr808d-1 cardomizers. .

I will start by saying that I think IMO the KR808 battery is much more consitent and long lasting than the 901 battery.. I would get yourself one those Kr808 batteries. I do not use my 901 battery anymore for those reasons.. and MORE vapor, MORE flavor MORE throat hit! When I first found out that they fit on the KR808 after purchase I tried it and the battery went in the draw and stayed there too bad too because I decorated it all pretty! I promise you will NOT be sorry.
Drew is NOW also carrying the KR808manual battery and I am very very excited to try the carts and my 901 atty's on this!

I cant say anything about the green cig battery, I have NO need to buy one as my Kr808 battery works wonders with the Green Cig carts!
TH VK vapor King is the SAME EXACT BATTERY as the KR808!! Same Manufacturer.. just not gussied up with logo and the carts are the same exact also.. same manufacturer!!!

Just curious to get the opinions of those with experience in all these products

Ok now to the greencarts!! :D My FAV!
In MY opinion and many others they ARE superior..

The people at green cig are very very green consious and are constantly working very hard to make the best product!!!
I have been purchasing and vaping on GC carts since the beggining of July.. I had ONLY 2 cartomisers die on me so far and that was entirely my fault as I tried to mod them!
One cart last me all day! At night I drip Drew at NHaler.com's High voltage liquid on them and watch out.. clouds of vapor..tons of flavor a strong throat hit.. the quality on them is fabulous!! I cannot go back to the kr808 carts! The KR808's you can only refill about 8x's before they burn.
I get at least double if not triple that time from the green carts.. have not pushed them past that point... yet
Drew's high voltage juice makes more vapor a stronger throat hit and tons of flavor on these carts.
With ever atty there is a different taste.. my 901 and green carts are top for me but I really dont like my 901 battery.. to me the kr808 is better. And the green cig cart taste is very very pleasant. I am NOT fond of the Western Tobacco.. to strong for me, but many love it!
The way I see it is this:
10 KR808 carts = 25.00 at VK
10 KR808 carts = 18.00 at Nhaler
10 Green carts at either vendor is 28.00
Drew will be selling 5 packs for 15.00 in the near future! (easier to try this way!)
it is worth the 3.00 more for these carts.. I pay 10.00 extra and purchase from Drew well because his Customer service, freebies , lightning fast shipping and they are just awesome people!
so that is 1.00 extra per cart again IMO worth every single penny!! You will not get any kind of vapor and flavor compared to this green cart!

I dont remember where the pics or the video's are but there is a different fiber insid like hair wrapped around the atty I believe.. I have NEVER got any kind of burnt flavor from them ever not even when dry. They are a much smoother vape, I cannot say enough about them! You refill them like you refill the KR808 carts as seen above, or you can drip a few drop directly ont the battery end, roll and vape away! I know if you look in Drew's threads in his forums.. there are 2 people who actually modded the carts.. I will find after and link them here.

Last month Drew got new and improved green cig carts in and also started selling in 5 packs. The vendor tripled the amount of vapor but for some reason the flavor and throat hit was weak. Drew has pulled all the NEW Green carts off the shelf..and has NEW ones on the way.. it may take a while to get the 5 packs back in for this reason. He does have some of the older one (the GOOD ones NOT weak) left in stock.
My favorites are the chocolate, coffee and cherry as they can be easily mixed with Drew;s HV juice.
Maybe I will make a video and pull apart an old cart tonight and post the filler here. I really love the, they are my MIAN vape.. sorry so long

PM me your addy, Drew has sent me soooooo many freebies I would be happy to pay it forward and send you one of the greencarts for you to try.. not to sure how great they will work on the 901 even with adapter ( they have different airflow) but I do KNOW they ROCK the KR808's and I will happily send you one to try!

I use the greencig carts on the KR808 batteries because I love the throat hit, and the fact that the carts don't burn like the other cartomizers do. The cost is offset, as previously stated in this thread, by the fact that the carts last for a long time, and can be refilled successfully using various methods.
As a menthol smoker (excuse me, vaper) I have found the flavors of the greencig menthol/mint carts to be different with each batch, but I spend much more time using them with added e-liquid so the cost of these long-lasting cartomizers is money well spent; I've got some carts that I've used for weeks, and the atomizers are still going strong with good flavor in the carts. As an aside, I do buy them from Drew at Nhaler, and highly recommend his great service (no, he doesn't pay me to say that, unless you count the treats he throws in with his orders, but those go to everyone).
I do also enjoy my 510, and switch between the two, but find the cartomizers just a bit easier when out and about.
