Greencig Charging. help me!

Hi i just got my Greencig yesterday. I charged the PCC and then several hours later screwed in a battery but i can't get the battery to even begin to charge. When the PCC is not charging and the batter is screwed in it flashes red. I let it do this all last night in hopes it would eventually turn green and charge it. can anyone help me?

Call the company and see what they have to say its the best advice.

Does the battery in question charge on a regular charger or did your kit only come with a PCC. May be a bad battery or bad PCC. If you can figure out which or prehaps both are bad than contact the company ( hope it has some type of warranty). Thats all I got as I have not used a PCC
