Hi, I am no expert at this nor am i tied in with any product or vendor. This is just a quick review of something I found to be very interesting.

As a background I have been using Kr8's and greencig 220'S. I ordered the G-300 as a easy to carry version of the 220 when I am away from the house.

For me I have found overall that greencig cartomizers are better than the kr8s. They are more expensive, however, I find that they last longer per refill, give good vapor and throat hit and do not burn up. Easy to refill with a syringe and easy to clean once you get the knack for it. These have very low maintenance which I love. Also I have yet to have any fail. The first 2 I used have now been refilled over 30 times and vap just like new.

The total length of the G-300 is only 100mm. With the large cartomizer the batteries are very small.

What really surprised me with G-300 was the much larger output of vapor compared with the 220 and kr8 batts. It appears there is a little trick involved with operation of the batteries. When tried the first battery I noticed that the led would stay on about 1 second after I ended a puff. I thought it was defective but the other battery operates exactly the same. What this does is help to preheat the atty prior to the next puff therebye producing much more vapor as additional puffs are taken. It's such a simple thing but really makes a big difference. These are quite surprising little batteries.

On the downside the small batts only last about 1 1/2 hours when chain vaping but the recharge is slightly less so constant use is possible.

The cost is really quite high. Nhaler and a couple of obscure vendors have these for around $139.00. Way to high for me. Nhaler had a special for $59.95 so I went with it although still kinda high in my opinion. I do not see anyone offering replacement batts for greencigs. I think the manufacturer probably does this to keep the pricing high.

All in all this is a really nice little ecig with suprising output. Too expensive..probably and I'm sure the little trick in operation probably costs more in battery drain. The battery life is only about 2 hrs in normal use but with 2 batts I'm fine. A pcc would be nice but I have not had the need for 1 yet.

I am rather new at this and like I said am in no way an expert but I just found this ecig to be quite suprising.

How did you come to the conclusion that the GC batteries stay on for that extra second in order to pre-heat the atty? Did someone at GC tell you? A forum person? Or your own conclusion? I'm not putting you down, I just want to know your source. The reason I ask is that most people don't take puff after puff after puff. There's generally a few seconds in between to breath normally. I find that I take about 7-10 seconds between an average inhales. I'd imagine with the amount of the surface area of the coil, the fact that it is surrounded by liquid that in itself is much lower than the coil while on; so I'd imagine that those few seconds the coil cools off a bit. Not cool like each puff is a "starter" puff, but definitely a drop in temperature. Which I imagine is why if you inhale til cut-off and quickly unscrew and inhale through just the cart theres no vapor produced. And most other manufactures claim that because it is only on while inhaling, there's no waste of liquid during that time other than evaporation (which is why they say use the cap and plug when not in use for extended periods of time.

Sorry for the rambling, just curious is all :)

My first ecig was the greencig G300. For me the draw was like sucking a watermelon through a straw. And my second strike against them was when i ordered replacement carts they seemed to have forgotten to put the flavor in them. Also, the high nic level never satisfied me. i think high is only 15mg, where i now buy juice in 24mg.

Just curious how the draw is for you? And I hope your experience continues to be better than mine. i sooooo wanted to love this system and it was expensive (I bought the pacage with the PCC), but unfortunately it did not work for me.

I think the "sucking on a watermelon" description of a greencig cart is really accurate. I also felt this way until I pulled off the cap and removed the black o-ring and the glue (? i think its glue yuck). This allowed for much better airflow. Someone posted a video in this thread how to refill GreenCig cartz. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/kr808d-1/56806-non-kanger-kr808d-1-battery-lecig-com.html Thanks for the review on the 300, i might give it a try if i catch one on sale.
