Anyone use these? It seems all are the same model and E9 I think...I was wondering if there is a vendor that sells empty cartomizers for these. I just purchased a kr model for the reason of being able to purchase empty carts. I just cant seem to find prefilled carts I like for the E9 model and they warn you not to try and refill.

I had the red dragon....go ahead and refill. I did it all the time. The only thing is that when you refill, the outside of the cartomizers get really yucky looking. They don't stay nice looking at all...sort of like the juice is seeping in and discoloring it. But, you can just pop the top off and refill with a few drops...put the top back on and vape. I never found blank cartomizers for the e9 and I looked everywhere! :) I ended up moving on to other models and I do have the kr808 and like it much better than the red dragon.

Anyone use these?
The first e-cig I bought was GreenSmoke. I didn't like it and returned my starter kit for a few reasons, 1) They only have auto batteries, and I swear, 5 out of 10 times when I took a hit the battery wouldn't engage. It was really annoying. 2) They don't advertise it anywhere, but their auto batteries have a 3-second cut off. I found that to be real annoying as well. 3) Compared to similar models, they're just pricey, for everything. Starter kit, carts, batteries, etc.

I was wondering if there is a vendor that sells empty cartomizers for these.
After trying a 510, I ended up getting a Vapor King and that was the one that got me to kick my analog habit. The VK is a branded KR808, so their carts and accessories are compatible. They sell blank cartomizers and their flavored carts can be refilled very easily.

I will try that...I was reading you could rinse out the cartomizers on the KR model...I wonder if you can on the e9...So far I like the KR model(just received it yesterday)and have not smoke an real cig at all today...but I have the carts left over from the E9 model I dont want to waste but they taste so bad.

The e9 cartomizers really don't work on the kr808. They are the same size, but the threads don't match up so the cartomizer doesn't screw on right and it wobbles. You can sort of get a puff, but not a very good one.

Yeah I noticed that ..but what i meant was to go ahead and use them with the e9 batteries. I am just not sure if they can be rinsed or if they can be juiced up with some liquid. I guess im just a cheap ... and dont want to waste em. Wish I would have read up first before I bought the e9 model.

Sorry! I misunderstood!! I thought you wanted to use them with the kr808 batts. I never rinsed one out...just refilled. Go ahead and try to rinse one out!! At the worst, all you will lose is 1 cartomizer, and if it works....well then you have all your good juices available for refilling!!! I think if the red dragon had better taste, I wouldn't have had to move on to other pv's! Good Luck!!! :)

Three questions:

1. Is the Greensmoke/Red Dragon/E9 the same as the Loong Totem/V9?

2. Do they really produce the extraordinary vapor that Leaford raves about?

3. Is anyone in a position to compare the E9 with the GreenCig? [I've never tried the E9/V9, but I am very impressed by the GreenCig (I use GreenCig carts on KR808D-1 batts).]

Thanks!

I have a red dragon and I thought it was OK. The cut off is too short but you can take 2 or 3 in a row. The vapor was pretty good too. I recently got some greensmoke carts and DAMN! These things produce a lot of vaper and a great throat hit (extra high nic).

I also just ordered a KR808 from vapor4life but I'm a bit worried that the amount of vapor will not match the greensmoke carts. I'll have to wait and see.

Anyone know if they make an adpater to use the E9 carts on a KR808 batt?

I guess it is personal taste...Yes the Greensmoke has great vapor but the dang the taste of the carts are terrible to me and I have tried all the flavors...maybe i got a stale batch..lol.

To the post above I do believe long totom is the e9 as well. I am still new at this but learning quick.

GreenCig wins hands down!!!! There is no comparison!!!! I have both and the e9-red dragon is awful compared to the greencig!! I LOVE the greencig! It is wonderful!! :)

Did you try to use a Syringe to refill? Maybe you can avoid this problem this way!

Greensmoke was my first and not knowing any better I was satisfied. I did order some Johnson creek and those five cartomizers lasted well over a month.
I got a -901 from Aquavapor.com while I was waiting on some back-order vanilla from greensmoke, what a huge difference! I'm sticking to the -901. The 2-3 second cutoff is a real big turnoff with the greensmoke. They do look similar to the E9 & dragon but I would bet the threads are different on all three. By the way when the vanilla came in it was/is horrible.

Do you (or does anyone) know the answer to my first two questions:

1. Yes

2. Yes but....are you looking for the vapor or the throat hit. I find the e9 has tons of vapor but little feel to the back of my throat.

The Kr808 model has more of a throat hit (it has made me cough a few times when first tried it...but the vapor is not as much. To me I can stealth vape alot easier at work if I can control the amount of vapor I produce.

E-cig.com has a compatability chart on thier website. That will give you a good idea on the brand names

1 no not the same electronics. But the cartridges are threaded the same and they are interchangable.
2 LTV9 has the lowest voltage output I have seen from any of these. The e9 is better but still not as good as the smoke51 duo. That thing is a beast and has the highest (unmodded) voltage output I have seen on a 2 piece that fits these style carts. The vapor production is nothing short of beastly.
3 greencig is a whole other device. It is not compatible. They are both cartomizer based but they are threaded differently.

Hope that's helpful..

The E9s that I had would always burn and I would get that horrible burnt taste. The greenCigs are different. A lot of vapor and I haven't had that burnt taste in any of the cartos. When I asked about the burning of the e9 cartos, the supplier told me I was hot boxing it. I would take double puffs to get a long enough drag to get any vapor. The kr808d-1 is nothing like that. There is no cut off or it is long enough that I dont have to double hit it. The GreenCig cartos, to me, have a lot better taste and the vapor is amazing!! :) I use the Greencig cartos on the kr808d-1 batteries and it works great. I do have the greencig batteries, and to tell you the truth, to me, there really isn't a difference. Thats just my opinion though! :)
