1 no not the same electronics. But the cartridges are threaded the same and they are interchangable.
2 LTV9 has the lowest voltage output I have seen from any of these. The e9 is better but still not as good as the smoke51 duo. That thing is a beast and has the highest (unmodded) voltage output I have seen on a 2 piece that fits these style carts. The vapor production is nothing short of beastly.
3 greencig is a whole other device. It is not compatible. They are both cartomizer based but they are threaded differently.

Hope that's helpful..

Thank you all for your answers to my questions! Each of you has offered an additional something extra.

I've quoted Mac here because of his distinctions within the E/V9 family and the details about the smoke51. It caused me to pull up Leaford's Smoke51 video review.

Since I like very good vapor, but also want good flavor and throat hit (and easy draw and longer cutoffs), I'll stick with the GreenCig carts (on KR808D-1 batteries) ... along with my penstyle, Prodigy, and 510, that is. [And I'm giving serious consideration to getting the M702 aka Revolver Elite. I think a super-mini might be a fun change of pace ... and that PCC is neat.]

I have a Green Smoke and I hate it. After I refilled it, it didn't put out anywhere near as much vapor. Now, I thought maybe it was the way I was using it for a while but it's not the case at all, as I was very careful about not getting liquid in the air hole, didn't let the cartomizers even get warm during use, and made sure to fully charge my batteries. I'm very happy to say though, I bought my 510 and haven't looked at my Green Smoke since. I would rather swap out an atty once a month or so instead of paying so much more in the end for cartomizers that barely pass for refillable.

Also, my 510 puts out way more vapor than the GS ever did.

The cartridges for both the red dragon & GreenSmoke can be rinsed out and refilled.
If you don't blow the water out or let them dry overnight (they need to be completely dry) they will taste like water when you try to use them.

Leave the white rubber end off after you rinse them, until they are completely dry. Be careful not to get the your e-liquid on the outside of the carts and they will look better longer. The thinnest brand of invisible tape used on the outside of the cart BEFORE it looks disgusting helps keep it looking better. Most of the cartridges can be refilled around 20 times if you rinse them periodically and don't use them until they are completely dry.

i bought kr808 by mistake for my greensmoke battery.... Half of them just wouldnt fit at all, the other half, while not screwing in perfectly, would manage to stick on my battery and let me use them just fine. But then after using kr808 carts on my USB passthrough so much, i ended up popping the battery connector and then it wouldnt work on my green smoke cartos unless i took a pin and pulled the connector back out a bit.

But yea while were getting into the subject, if your a new greensmoke user, I know that it produces nice vapor, and the carts taste good (my red label were yummy IMO), but getting blank cartomisers and extra parts is just so difficult, that it makes it a bad beginner's kit IMO. Unless you dont mind ordering packs of 5 prefilled cartos from them for 13$ for the rest of your life, i strongly suggest you send it back for a refund if you had it for less then a month.
