Hey, so, I don't really have anything to say but I'd like to eventually be able to post on other parts of the forum so I'm posting. :/ Fair warning I guess but I also assume people are used to this in the newbie part of the forum.

I bought Greensmoke and Riva 510 and so far I love the Greensmoke and I'm not a huge fan of the Riva.

Granted, the Greensmoke was more expensive but I find that I like the smaller design and I like not having a button that needs to be pressed (which the Riva does have)

I am also running out of juice and am looking into making my own e-liquid, particularly because I'd like to try to make it without any nicotine and see if it satisfies my cravings.

I also assumed when I bought the e-cigs that I would like the tobacco flavored liquid a lot more than anything else,
but I found that while smoking either the Riva or the Greensmoke the liquid sort of leaves a sweet aftertaste which I didn't expect and I actually enjoy it quite a bit.
I also never liked menthol cigarettes but I loved the menthol cartridge that came with the Greensmoke.

Anyway I also like the idea of removing myself as far as possible from smoking regular cigarettes, so trying different flavors that are sweet / foodlike is appealing as opposed to trying to get tobacco flavor.
I never thought I'd say that because initially I was disappointed that the Greensmoke didn't taste as much like tobacco as I had wanted it to.

Anyway the problem with this is that I like the Greensmoke but they don't make refillable cartridges. I did however see tutorials on youtube for how to refill them and so for the time being I'll be doing that and eventually hopefully they'll come out with empty cartridges that I can refill.

I must say I'm thrilled to have found something to get me away from smoking, even though I only smoked for the past five years off and on (off only because of guilt about the health effects, I've always ENJOYED smoking) and I think it's absolutely incredible to find something that can potentially have no harmful side effects whatsoever.

I think if I could get myself satisfied with no nicotine at all it would be amazing.

Ashes, if you can take a clear picture of the Greensmoke battery, including the threaded end, and post in the forum here, you have the unit model # identified fairly easily... It may already have been done, so look around. If you know the model type, you can buy atomizers and carts seperately or find where to get fresh, clean cartomizers that you can add your own flavoring to. Most of them will be far cheaper than what you get at GreenSmoke and believe me, after looking at them, I speak the truth!

Congratulations, and welcome to ECF!

Greensmoke threads are KR808D-2, so aren't compatible with most of the other vendors out there. Most vendors use the KR808D-1 threads, so all their batteries, cartos and chargers are compatible. I believe there is a vendor that sells adapters so you could use D-1 cartos on your D-2 batteries if you wish.

If you like the shape and size of Greensmoke, you could look into the short batteries offered by Vapor4Life or Smokeless Image. They are both KR808D-1 systems, and their short batteries with carto are only slightly bigger than a cigarette. They have longer versions as well; the longer battery will last longer between charges. They offer many more different flavors than Greensmoke, and you can buy their juice to refill your cartos as well. They also have blank cartos so you can fill them with their juice, or buy your juice wherever you want.

I use both vendors and love their customer service, batteries, and cartos. They are also a LOT less expensive than Greensmoke, so you'd save more money in the long run.

And just like that you have a lead on what to look for when shopping!

Hi! I have a Fuma, It is also compatible with greensmoke. The cartomizers can be bought from chinese suppliers. I got mine from one that is banned from ECF. It has horrible CS and is known for sending substitute items. But I did get 2 cartos that work wonderfully from them. PM me if you would like more info. It will be bleeped out if I post it. FYI Greensmoke and Fuma are also known as E9.
