Hi Mikey--They are OK but are horribly, terribly overpriced. You can get a set-up for a third of the cost of GS. Someone will come along with links/comparisons for you. A 510 or 808 kit from an ecf vendor can likely be had for $40 or so. Good luck.
Green Smoke was my first e-cig and it got me off the stinkies, but I got sick of buying their cartos because I prefer buying my own e-juice and filling cartos. I was buying blank KR808D-2 cartos from AZSmokefree.com for a while, but they don't ship to Canada so I had to send them to a US address and make a run for the border every once in a while.
I ended up buying an Ego-T (but found I liked the cig-sized pv's better) so I bought a Volt which is AWESOME and compatible with all 808 cartos. The Volt is my go-to and now I only use the GS as a back up (and Ego for dripping on an atty when trying new juices).
If you do already have a GreenSmoke, I would highly recommend AZSmokefree.com for their KR808D-2 blank cartos and replacement batteries. Really fast shipping and great customer service. I had one bad battery that was DOA and he mailed out a new one the same day!

no i know i have a ego now but i find that the green smoke cartos were better than the attys that came with my ego.

Well if you still want to use GS cartos, you can buy an adaptor (a 510 to KR808D-2). I also found the th was better on my GS than on my Ego.

greenhouse kit is what $130 dollars, i mean ok to each his own, but seriously...you can buy a decent mod that that much, you could buy a 5 volt tube mod for 25 dollars, a 5 pack of smoktech dual coils for 10, and a 30 ml of juice for 10 or 15 dollars....50 bucks, lets say 60 with shipping....
i have a ego now but im telling you the greensmoke cartos are really good.Im bugin out cause i spent all this money to get away from gs prices and now i cant get that th

KR808D-2 is about the cheapest e-cig that comes out of China, and is what all of the rip-off companies put their brand name on because they are so cheap.
KR808D-1 (produced by the same company in China) is their main line product, and are OK. The "Volt" being about the best for quality and service.
With your eGo, try some LR (2ohm) Boge cartos. You might be quite surprised by how much more TH you get over the eGo tanks.
If you want true 3.7v instead of the regulated 3.4v eGo get a Riva battery.

Dual coils are not for use on slim batteries. Low ohms cartos should only be used on batteries 450mah+

Well, I'm not sure if they have the same th - I never really paid attention because I'm more of a flavour/vapour girl, but they fit the Green Smoke batteries and seem to perform the same. I didn't notice a big difference personally, but you may feel different. They're the only cartos I use with my Green Smoke when I do use it.
If you're using a tank, ditch it. Great idea in theory, but in my experience they don't warm up enough to provide enough flavour/th . You can use cartos on your ego and can get an ego cone cover for a couple of bucks to warm up the carto even more. I agree with another poster who said to try low resistance (LR) cartos on your ego to see if that works.
Dormouse also graciously provided you with a link to the right adaptor you would need if you wanted to use GS cartos on your ego. Dormouse is all wise and knowing! (And I'm not being sarcastic!)
You might have to try a few different options, but I'm sure you can find the right set up without having to spend a tonne of cash.

Def try some cartos if your using the eGo tanks. I find those tanks dull flavors and TH.

I used green smoke for over a year and its awesome...shortest 808d2 batteries out...their new flavormax are out of this world, from first drag to the last they produce huge vapor volume with great flavor. Order cartos by 8 and pay $13 a box. Only downfall is lil expensive n not as supported as d1 models. You will not be disappointed

I ordered a volt due to the fact that gs is expensive ...the greensmoke out performs volt by long shot as far as vapor production and flavor. Their cartos do not have notches for air suction...only air you get comes through ash tip resulting in a nice big warm vapor hit with great flavor. Smokeless image really needs to strip down the green smoke and do a d1 replication....same with the flavor Max cartos...however they are done needs to be passed on to smokeless image because their is no comparison between volt cartos n gs FL Max....green smoke takes the cake
