ordered a vamo v3, some panasonic 18650's & 18350's for the vamo's short mode.

I am a newbie as well. Over two weeks smoke free! It really is easy and quite enjoyable with vaping!! I ordered 6 flavors from MBV and only one of the ones I got was vapeable right out of the package. I am still waiting for the other ones to get better. Some people call it a "Perfumey" taste. I think it tastes like nail polish remover. Don't get discouraged if you don't like the flavors. Find a local store and buy a few flavors and wait for the MBV ones to steep. I am really hoping that the flavor improves on the ones that I purchased!

Get you some evods with some 1.8 ohm heads. Works and looks great on a 650 mah standard ego battery!

They also have a evod kit you can buy...But these come with 2.5 ohms and I find these don't work well on standard ego battery but they do work well on a variable voltage. Kanger eVod Kit - Black

First things first, Congrats on the +2 week mark... that's when it really got so much easier for me, keep it up!!!!

One of the tricks that will help with the "Perfumey Taste" is to let them steep a few days with the caps off (droppers too, if you can) and to let the juice breathe a little. This is a BIIIG help when using a juice that has some manner of alcohol as opposed to PG for the flavor carrying agent (Mostly a DIY thing though). I got in a melon or cantaloupe or something from MBV when I first started this awesome journey, and it was perfumey as the perfume counter in the mall... though "What in the serious **** is this?" and tossed it in my "Only if I REAAAAALLLY have to" box".

A few days later I read about letting some juices breathe, so I tried it. Turns out that it was really a great juice once the smell eased up a bit! Not an ADV for me by any means, but it no longer sat in OIIRHT box, and got put into rotation.

Basically, as I know its been said 100,000,000,000,000 kerjillion times in other threads here on the ECF... don't toss the juice, you might like it later....

I have on another note, discovered that the blu cartridges fit the vamo, they must be 510 threading. Taste like ****, but they always did.

if anyone knows of any shops in or near westchester county, NY where I can get some juice, it would be greatly appreciated. I have checked online to no avail.

Yeah, that's one of the benefits of the 510 connection, that if you REALLLLLY need an emergency vape, you can always pick up some blu tossables. I did say emergency, right?

Was never a fan of the disposables, but, its better than a stinkie.

I wish I could offer you some help on a B&M in your area, but I don't know NY really at all, save for the few times I was in NYC, and from what I recall, the actual NY state is amazing and pretty... NYC... *shudders*
