Hi and welcome. I do not know of anything waterproof right off the bat, but you have started my imagination running. Perhaps a box mod, with a sealed door held on with screws for a battery compartment, and an inset o-ring between the tank and the mod to stop seepage down the 510. Right off, I can't think of any way to make a topper waterproof; they have to have air holes to work.
