Canada here too :) So, what kind of e-juice are you vaping and how do you like them?

I got some Cotton Candy, RY4 and 555s from Canvape (zero nicotine), and some 100% nicotine (flavourless) from Maple Leaf Vapes, and am vaping those. Don't like any of the flavours though. All of them taste exactly the same and the flavour is so mild that I have to search for it.

Cheers

Oh, I just saw your post after I had made my post. Did I just violate some terms of this forum by posting hte names of the vendors I got my juice from? I sincerely hope not!

Cheers

Hi and welcome. No you didn't violate any rules. If we post a link that ECF doesn't like the Bots will block/ censor it WITHOUT penalty to the poster.

Thank you all for the warm welcome.

I am on a ego-C Twist 1000 mAH with a Vivi Nova 3.5 ml tank. However, as I mentioned, I am not happy with my juices (because I made a mistake by going zero-nicotine AND ordering 6 bottles of 30ml juice on top of all that).

Cheers

You have 2 choices- either order flavorless nic juice and add a small bit or buy the same flavor with nic and add it to the zero nic juice.

What type of flavor are you looking for?

That's exactly what I did; it does give me decent throat-hit but I still cannot taste the flavours well enough. Whatever I do taste, all flavours (including the tobacco one) taste the same - and a bit sweet!

Oh, something that tastes like Dunhills, or even just like a cigarette, with no fruity or bakery or flowery or confectionery flavours.

I bought the 555s flavour, not really expecting it to taste like 555s but at least tasting like a cigarette, and it too, tastes sweet and with zero tobacco taste.

Cheers

Hello & welcome!

You might want to consider ordering some of the DIY flavorings to add to your blend. There are probably tobacco flavorings available if you look around, and a blend might improve the juices you find overly sweet.

You can look forward to even happier vaping once you get your nic level and flavours sorted out!

Finding a good juice is the hardest part. Once you find it you'll be in vape heaven BUT realize our tastes change- what tastes great 1 month is not so hot the next. I HATED menthol analogs but on the advice of vets bought some menthol drops and add them to my tobaccos- LOVE the taste.
Realize also some juices, if fresh, need to be steeped to mature/ age and "meld" all the favoring together. Vendor will be able to tell if the juices need steeping or not.

Astounded and Vapour, thank you.

Yes, I understand that the whole thing will become much better once I find a juice that works :) I wish there were places I could actually try out a juice before buying, but unfortunately no vendor seems to provide this facility here in the GTA; so it is back to buying juices, and hoping I would like them, or having to wait till they are empty :)

Cheers; and once again, thanks.

If it is feasible I would say give yourself a bit of a break at the beginning in terms of the natural inclination to feel you should use up a juice you don't like. If you can afford to go for some other options, just tuck the offender away and you may:

- like it later if it has steeped or your tastes have changed,
- be able to trade it to somebody for something you do like
- consider it as fodder for mad scientist blending experiments ... personally I find that if nothing seems to make it pleasant to vape and I keep tinkering I will eventually spill the ... thing anyways!
