The Geek Group is taking a strong stand in support of E-cigs with a specific focus of helping nurture the technology, promore experimentation and research, and helping people get off analogs. This is a sample of some of the stuff we're putting out.

The Geek Group should be commended on their efforts and I am positive many will find them now and in the future very helpful references

Nice video, but you made a mistake. The Magma and Volcano don't use vacuum switches. Yes, drawing air thru activates the battery, but they use microphone switches. You can yell at an auto battery and set it off. Vibrations set it off as well, and so does dropping it.

Just a quick correction, Volcano does not use microphone sensors /switches any longer in their Volcanos or Magmas. They stopped using them about 6 months ago.

Just an update...

and no, I do not work for Volcano or the geek group... just a customer and forum member.

I got a Volcano battery from them less than 6 months ago that definitely does not have a vacuum switch. I haven't even been vaping for more than THREE months. However, I also did receive two that won't activate from anything other than suction. I must have just gotten one from an older batch then.

No need for the disclaimer there.
