Just made a lengthy post which was disappeared, it said "You're not allowed to post a link" I didn't there was an email address.

A mistake and there's no option to recover everything and remove the offending bits.

So that's 1 post of my 5.

You do not need to start 5 threads to get in your 5 posts. In general, that is frowned upon (spamming for post count) unless the threads are relevant.
Just thank everyone who welcomes you or go out and welcome some other new members.
